We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

Location excellent, right beside White Bridge; & 5 min. walk to Colchis Fountain, which is also bus stop (#3) to Rioni train station. My room: clean, comfortable enough, a bit light on amenities (no soap/shampoo), smallish---but perfect location.

Green Palace Hotel in Kutaisi is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and good value. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with recommendations or requests. The location is convenient, making it easy to reach main attractions and restaurants. Overall, Green Palace provides a pleasant stay with a warm, welcoming vibe, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Kutaisi.

It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place

Highly recommended hotel stay, though its like 10 mins away from main area but it adds to the quiet stay, it was extremely clean comfortable and friendly staff specially the manager, definitely q must try when in Kutaisi

That chinese dude's 2-star review is ridiculous. Good place for this price. The host is friendly and willing to share some tips about nearby places of interest. The house offers most of the amenities you might require - shower, washing machine, big bed and a small table. Take note that the house is up on the hill, so you'll have to take a small ”hike” to get back from the city. On the other hand, the place is quite and grocery store is nearby. Also, don't count on the wi-fi and the fridge - let's just say that these resources are limited.
