Great and very helpful staff

I enjoyed my first stay when I was here. Housekeeping started around 7am the first day and woke me up. The second night, the person above me was very loud and it sounded like they were rolling their suitcase through the room all night.

They charge you a 22% tip without telling you at the bar. If they have a gift change they just close out your current tab. No one tells you there is a shift change and no one tells you it is being closed out.  They don’t follow your requests for your room, we wanted away from the elevator and 2 queens. We had to fight for both.  They have no bus boys for the upper bar. You have to clean off tables yourself.

Great hotel, clean, nice location. One of the best I stayed in Denver so far.  Thank you Cris for being a great on front desk and took a good care of us.  Don’t remember bartenders name, he was awesome on costumer service, great communication and of course quick. And can’t forget about awesome breakfast, thanks for doing yummy omelette. Stayed there last weekend

Needed a stay for morning flight from Denver. Room was nice. Front reception good. Hot breakfast quite good better than more money Hotels. No parking fee!! Price was good when I Booked. Only negative was location kind of far from Airport, especially with traffic. Would stay again as long as price good. Mike Eddy NH

I stayed for a week and found the accommodations very comfortable. The bed was excellent, with several variations in pillows. Desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Location was very convenient and there were many restaurant options very near by. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.

More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet.  When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.

全体的にラクインタでの滞在はかなり良かった。私は朝食に感銘を受けました。私たちが泊まった毎日新しいものがありました。私はビスケットと肉汁が好きで、息子は自分のワッフルを作るのを楽しんだ。スタッフはとても気配りがあり、エリアを清潔に保ちました。私の部屋はまともでしたが、私たちの隣の部屋には犬がを過度に吠えていました。私は少し騒音を気にしません。それは予想されますが、テレビの音が聞こえないか、夜中起きることができないときは問題です。 

この場所のカスタマーサービスは、私たちの期待を絶対に上回っています。過去2週間で出会った誰もが、時間、昼夜、または手元の状況に関係なく、信じられないほど快適で親切でした。私たちのドアは凍っていて閉じられていて、一晩中働いている若い女性は、私たちを私たちの部屋に連れて行くためにできるだけ早く寒さから出てくることを躊躇しませんでした。ありがとう!
