JJohnTingFirstly the reason why my wife and I decided on this boutique hotel was to sample the overall standard of the new crop of small locally operated boutique hotels springing out over China.
Generally happy with our choice and decision.
We were greeted upon checking in and daily when we went out and coming back by the young man who was managing the establishment.
A great personal touch was that he actually came out of his office and greeted us at the courtyard with a ready smile.
Location was good as it was relatively near to Longmen Grotto and also the famous lamb soup for breakfast (we were given complimentary vouchers for our first day breakfast by the hotel. Although the place was across the road from the hotel, we had to walk about 1.1km each way as the crossing could only be made at the traffic light zebra crossing.
One ”romantic” feeling my wife and I had was hearing the low rumbling of the freight train transversing across the hotel. It reminded us of staying in the English countryside and hearing the train in the distance.
Light sleepers might find this distracting but we are h
eavy sleepers.
Another selling point of this hotel was the well manicured courtyard planted with lots of different varieties of flowering plants and trees.
It was an excellent place for us to relax in the late afternoon after some heavy sightseeing.
The only downside and hopefully the hotel operator can improve is that the floor of the room seems to be a bit dusty because the floor towel in the washroom started to show stains of dust.
However, everything else is clean especially the important items like bedding and towels.
Strawberries were bought after visiting Erlitou Archaeological Museum and Site

MM246645****長年の旅生活の中で、初めてB&Bを予約しました。チェックイン前は少し緊張していましたが、部屋に入った瞬間に驚きました！部屋は信じられないほど清潔で、きちんと整頓されていて、臭いもなく、広々としていました。大きなテレビと高速インターネットがあり、子供たちは大喜びでした。内装は真新しいだけでなく、バスルームも真新しく、汚れ一つありませんでした！親子ベッドは大きくて快適で、ぐっすり眠ることができました。洛陽の賑やかな市場も近くにあり、洛邑古城も歩いてすぐです。B&Bのすぐ隣には南館という牛肉の小鉢があり、手頃な価格でとても美味しいです！オーナーもとても親切で丁寧な方で、宿泊料金も驚くほどお手頃でした！強くお勧めします！私はサクラではありません！広東省からの旅行者の皆さん！😄洛陽で絶対に予約すべきB&Bです！

スタッフ3番と非常にフレンドリーで未知のエリアに役立ち、滞在の最初から最後までゆっくりと案内します。
いくつかの抽出スポットを逃しました..次の休日の旅行で再びこのホテルに戻ります..

Room was good size and had all I needed.
Staff were very nice although communication was a bit difficult even with translation app.
Room amenities can be improved by swapping single use items for more environmentally friendly products like big bottles of shampoo and soap.

ゲゲストWe stayed here for 4 nights and had a good stay. The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. We had a huge upstairs room initially which we were given without extra charge. This room was bright, airy, comfortable and clean. The second room we had was smalller but still great. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. Our room (105) had a lot of cement dust on the floor and surfaces presumably from the work going on in the hotel. We would stay here again.

SSean DanielYou're getting more than a hotel stay(massage chair and washing machine in your room . The room comes equipped with a massage chair and it's overall very spacious as compared if you book a hotel. Overall I'm surprised by the standards for a homestay. Only only downside is the toilet, there's no divider between showering and the whole toilet so water tends to flow out and you will need to sweep it back in by yourself. Given the standard, this can be overlooked. Strongly enjoy the massage chair. More than I can ask for . There's a washing machine in the room too so you don't have to share it with other users.
Location wise it's still a distance walk from the nearest metro exit. Can be strenuous if you're pushing your luggage

ゲゲストThe lady contacted me before arrival and added me on WeChat for organising the check-in. The place is near the tourist attractions, however the location was difficult to find. In the night I found myself with the taxi driver and another person who were trying to help me to find the place because location on the map was wrong. They kindly made a phone call to the lady to open the door. The people here are nice but I did not feel very welcome. Probably it’s the culture and they are not used to give advices on places to see, places to eat. For the whole trip in china I did not have internet and I could not search anything because my searching portals are blocked in china. As a result, I did not enjoy my stay and I went to Kaifeng on the following day. In the street there is a bad smell of pee. It is not the owner’s fault however, it made me think that the area was not the best. The room was very nice with everything you could need. Please note that this is my experience as a foreigner, which things are not easy, because no one speak English. It would be nice to have “help” from the people where one book.

JJosh_mn大きなベッドが 2 つとバンカー ベッドが 1 つあるタイプの部屋に泊まりましたが、とても満足しました。バンカー ベッドが 4 歳と 7 歳の子供を喜ばせるだろうと期待してこの部屋を予約しましたが、まさにその通りでした。部屋は清潔で、エアコンも素晴らしいです。朝食 (trip.com のプロモーションで無料) はかなりのものです。熱いコーヒーを好む人もいるかもしれませんが、正直、ゆで*、焼き餃子 2 個、トウモロコシ 1 個、キビ粥などが提供されるので、あまり文句は言えません。スタッフは全員対応がよく、追加のタオル、ボトル入り飲料水、朝食用の食べ物などのリクエストにいつでも応じてくれます。オーナーは「ファンファン」という人懐っこい子犬も飼っていました。旅行の最後には、共同オーナーの 1 人がバイクで重いスーツケースを、タクシーを予約した場所まで運んでくれました。見たところ、地下鉄の駅までも乗せてくれます。この場所は、洛邑古城の南門から歩いてすぐ (おそらく 100 m) です。私たちは、屋台の食べ物で知られる最も賑やかな場所の 1 つで夕食を食べ、南門から出てホテルがわずか数分の距離にあることを知って、北門から洛邑古城まで歩いて夜を過ごしました。洛邑古城エリアの近くに滞在したい人には、間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします。

ゲゲストホテルはアンティークな雰囲気のある中国風の建物で、住宅街の中にあります。最初は少し見つけにくかったですが、設備は素晴らしく、サービスも素晴らしかったです。部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、すぐに手配していただきました。エレベーターはありませんが、フロントのスタッフの対応も良く、とても助かりました！料金も手頃で、景勝地からも徒歩12分ほどと近く、とても便利でした。ホテル内で撮った写真もとても素敵で、ホテルのレイアウトも漢服メイクの撮影に最適でした。今回の旅行にはとても満足しました。
