Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality – A Hidden Gem in Luoyang! My husband and I had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Luoyang. The location is excellent—close to the metro yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, making it convenient yet relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff’s genuine warmth and attentiveness. They didn’t just meet our needs—they went far beyond with heartfelt service. For example, when we asked to reheat our takeaway food, they not only did so gladly but also presented it beautifully on a plate and delivered it to our room like complimentary room service. Another time, we forgot our clothes in the dryer, and the staff didn’t just collect them—they pressed and neatly hung everything in our room! These small but thoughtful gestures made us feel incredibly well taken care of. If you’re looking for a place with great location, clean and spacious rooms, and service that comes from the heart, we couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. It’s the kind of hospitality that turns a good trip into a truly special one!

初めてホームステイに泊まった時はとても良かったです。 まず第一に、場所は素晴らしいです。外出はLuoyiの古代都市とShizijieです。入り口は狭いですが、上司が駐車スペースを残します。 全体的なレイアウトは非常に慎重です。ドアに入ると、上司が手書きしたガイドがあります。公共エリアには赤ちゃんのおもちゃがあります。上司は外出時にさまざまな実用的なアドバイスをします。 部屋には小さなスナックがあり、掃除はとてもきれいで、使い捨てのバスタオルが使用され、私たちの部屋はマッサージベッドです。私たちの3人家族はそれが好きです。 ホテルは朝食付きで、部屋に持って行って食べることができます。その日は超美味しい牛肉スープでした。

A Perfect Last-Minute Find! 10/10 Experience We found ourselves needing a place to stay at the last minute, and Gu Yue Hotel turned out to be an absolute gem. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. First and foremost, a huge thank you to the manager, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They made our impromptu check-in smooth and hassle-free, which set a wonderful tone for our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, exactly what you hope for when walking into a new place. And the bed? Exceptionally comfortable. We both rested so well and woke up feeling refreshed—a true testament to the quality of sleep you get here. For the reasonable price we paid, especially given it was a last-minute booking, the value was outstanding. You get so much more than what you pay for. We will definitely be choosing Gu Yue Hotel again on our next visit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. A truly excellent stay! 景勝地の向かい側にあるこのブランドホテルを選んで本当に良かったです。ロビーは素晴らしく、フロントデスクとサービススタッフは温かくフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルでした。客室は居心地が良く、設備も整っており、部屋からは通りの向こうの景勝地を眺めることができました。建築様式も街の雰囲気をとてもよく表していました。朝食もとても気に入りました。総じて、強くお勧めします！[Strong][Strong]

Good located hotel in Luoyang. no iron available can't iron my wrinkly clothes! no washing machine and dryers to clean clothes during summer time. the bed is good. a little noisy when the room corridor filled with users. the sink and floor trap always smell of gunks when used. entrance of hotel is actually accesing from pedestrian street. need to carry heavy bag from the drop off didi to the hotel. very far. not comfortable. other than I had a good time staying in the hotel.

Luoyi Mansion Hotel was a great choice for us during our 5 night stay in Luoyang. The hotel is located inside the Luoyi ancient city one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas in China. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Luoyang metro line 1 and near Didi or taxi pick up locations. Drum tower and lijiang gate are a short distance walk with tons of food vendors markets and restaurants nearby. Outside the hotel was so beautiful that was always packed with chinese tourist dressed as chinese princess (geishas) taking photos. Our room was spacious and very clean with comfy beds and pillows. The best part was the beautiful and sweet ladies at the front desk, they were so helpful and friendly and were quick to help with anything needed. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a complimentary cold beer and allowed us to check into to our room way before check in time. Everyday the room was stocked with sodas and assorted fresh fruit and crackers. We took advantage of the free laundry service which was a big plus for us. The clothes returned smelling good and neatly folded. I would highly recommend the Luoyi mansion hotel and i would stay here again.

Staying at this hotel feels like stepping into Ancient China, surrounded by traditional architecture and a vibrant local atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the action, with lively streets, cultural sights, and great food just steps away. The rooms are impressively clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, giving a sense of peace and charm that makes the whole experience even more memorable. You truly feel transported to another era. The staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout the stay. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: cars can’t reach the hotel directly, so if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or with family, the walk might be a bit of a challenge. Also, losing the room key comes with a 50 RMB replacement fee. Overall, a wonderful and unique experience—I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting to soak in the beauty and spirit of old China while enjoying modern comfort.

The hotel was ok. I didn’t think it was super worth for the amount I paid which was approx $70 a night AUD. There is a lot to improve on cleanliness and service. There were loose small hairs on the bed when I checked in and the service provided by the staff was acceptable but not amazing. I realised later on that I had a coupon for some free coffee and a hanfu experience as part of this booking but no explanation was given at all in terms of how everything worked when we checked in. In terms of amenities, there is no fridge in the room. There was also no “do not disturb” cards which we could put out. We found this a bit inconvenient as we don’t generally like people entering our room to clean it if we only stay for one night. The hotel is also located in an apartment building so you’re sharing the building with many other people who are not hotel guests. One compliment however was that the room was HUGE. There was a lot of space and we could open our suitcases very freely.n

サービスはとても良く、オーナーさんもとても親切で、旅のアドバイスをたくさんしてくれました。部屋はとても清潔で快適で、小都の音声コントロールがあり、飲み物も用意されています。お店の立地もとても良く、麗景門風景区のすぐそばで、夜には窓の外の城壁の明かりを見ることができます。部屋を掃除してくれるおばさんもとても親切でした。とても満足しました。次回もここに泊まります。皆さんにもぜひ予約をお勧めします。洛陽への旅行はとても幸せでした、😃😃😃

このホテルは、迎天門から徒歩圏内という絶好のロケーションを誇ります。3階のバルコニーからは、迎天門、明堂、天宮の息を呑むような夜景を一望できます。 客室は広々として快適です。フロントスタッフは親切で丁寧な対応を心がけており、まるで自宅にいるかのような居心地の良さを感じさせてくれます。ホテルのすぐ下には化粧品店があり、唐時代の雰囲気を手軽に味わうことができます。
