The owners were very welcoming and friendly! They gave us a ride to the ancient town site, and picked us up in the evening. We booked two rooms for our group, and both were excellent. The rooms were very big and clean, with a relaxing view of a beautiful river. The guesthouse is beside a restaurant that serves delicious food. The village streets are fun and interesting to walk through -- we liked the local setting as much as the ancient town site. We cannot speak Chinese but it was no problem. The staff speak a little English and are good at using translation apps. They welcomed us like family, and we were sad to say goodbye.

Beautiful unique room, very nice owner. If you choose to sleep in this little village, this should be your choice! However, keep in mind that there is nothing to do in the village, after 5 minutes of walking you have seen everything, so it might not make sense to spend a night there. The people in the village are super nice though!

The front desk lady was very nice. Besides introducing good restaurants and tourist spots, she upgraded us to a room with better view. Very impressive. Thank you!

The service absolutely unreal, I came with the hope to visit some caves a few hours away without any clue on how to get there and very limited Chinese skills! All the reception girls were so helpful on booking me a local shared car and making sure I knew everything that was happening at all times. The room is what you pay for, everything was standard.

I requested a 'quiet' room and was given one at the back of the hotel (with no common walls). This was perfect for me as I dislike street noise and noisy neighbours! The room was good, and the cleaning staff very attentive. The staff were very helpful to me; especially Miss Liu Xun Shuang. I would like to stay there again.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The service was their strongest attribute. Both members of reception and the cleaning lady were notably good. The room is comfortable. My main issue was the location. It was extremely loud and the sound went right through the walls. For 12 hours a day I could hear construction drilling from my room. Regardless, I would not mind to stay here again. A good experience overall.
