The designer has created a unique style in Dali by integrating midcentury modern and Spanish coastal holiday style with the oriental aesthetics of new Chinese style. Through meticulous imagination and smooth spatial connections, a distinctive style has been formed. In terms of hardware, Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, Duravit washbasins, Toto limited edition toilets, Dyson hair dryers, and Marshall audio systems are used. Materials such as pure solid wood and stone are extensively employed, and large areas of UV-resistant privacy glass, full sets of invisible screens, and wood-clad aluminum alloy doors and windows are also utilized. The entire house is equipped with floor heating, cold and warm central air conditioning, and a hot water system that guarantees hot water within 2 seconds. It also features an outdoor heated swimming pool. This is the only place in Dali that adheres to a mathematical aesthetic design style, with all 12 types of floor tiles and wall tiles having dimensions that are multiples of 5. It is also the only luxury high-end homestay in Dali with only 9 rooms but featuring 1 outdoor heated swimming pool, 7 indoor bathtubs, 3 soaking pools, and 1 outdoor soaking pool. In terms of soft furnishings, 68 unique pieces of custom-made and collected furniture and decorative items have been selected. In the garden, a 100-year-old Maitreya kapok tree, the only one of its kind in Dali, has been planted. The overall space design conveys a restrained sense of place while emphasizing the owner's simple emotional expression, creating a carefree abode for listening to the wind on the east coast!
