The entire house is equipped with floor heating, cold and warm central air conditioning, and a hot water system that guarantees hot water within 2 seconds. It also features an outdoor heated swimming pool. This is the only place in Dali that adheres to a mathematical aesthetic design style, with all 12 types of floor tiles and wall tiles having dimensions that are multiples of 5.
