Welcome to my little slice of Zihautanejo paradise. This 2600SF penthouse condo occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of a small complex only a 4 minute level walk to the sands of La Ropa Beach. This tranquil retreat features 2 king bedrooms each with private bath, kitchen, laundry and living room on the 3rd floor entry level and a huge open air terrace on the 4th floor with a full kitchen, full bath, dining area, lounging area and large plunge pool. From the terrace enjoy treetop views of Zihuatanejo Bay, mountains and city lights. Amenities include WiFi, big screen TV, AC, washer/dryer and beach toys. Zihuatanejo is located on a bay that has four beaches around it: Principal, La Madera, La Ropa, and Las Gatas. This condo is part of Bahia Suites, located on Playa La Madera, It’s a one-bedroom unit on the second floor of the building that sleeps up to four (with a king bed in the bedroom plus two sofas in the living room that can be used as twin beds or easily pushed together to make a king-sized bed). It is open to the bay with no window or wall to obstruct the amazing view, although the master bedroom can be isolated with its air conditioning unit. The beach below is a great place for sunning, swimming, or getting something to eat. Bahia Suites is on a hill above the beach. It has 24-hour security on duty and also has its own pool, shared by the ~20 units in the building.Bahia Suites is close to the main part of town—a very walkable route along the bayfront or through the neighborhood. The immediate neighborhood has lots of cafes, some shops and a small grocery store. If you choose to walk to town, you’ll find the main market and many more shops and restaurants, as well as banks.
