「Very nice hotel. Breakfast during Ramadan had to be ordered but was a fixed service (ie no choices). The location is excellent. The lighting in the cottage was terrible. The overhead light was dim. There was a table but when sitting at it you cast a dim shadow over the table making it useless for working. They did provide a floor lamp that was big and cumbersome, instead of a table lamp. This was the major downside. The view was beautiful.」

「The cabin is loacted on a higher ground of Batu so please be prepared of cold weather temperatures at night. The view is beautiful from here. Unfortunately, the hotel received my booking as Deluxe Cabin with NO VIEW but I booked and prepaid for Deluxe Cabin with VIEW. We are disappointed with this mishandling of our booking. However, Trip.com has checked and finalised and issued us a compensation. We had no choice to proceed with the given cabin with NO VIEW as it was situated at the back row. Luckily the front unblocked cabin has no one checked in and we used its outside area for photo taking. So disappointing with the mishandling of our booking. Mind you, the cabin with view and NO view both different prices.」
