Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism—David’s ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. 「Great property, wasn’t allowed to leave my bags to check in but saw other travelers getting to do the same. Gym is great but some of the other amenities could do with some cleaning. The service line is always online which is good but they don’t help out if you have larger problems. They have one or two team members that really do help out, but a few of them don’t seem to care.」
