「このホテルは岩だらけの砂漠に位置しています。プールは美しく、夜の野外映画鑑賞は素晴らしく、ロビーにはマッサージチェアもあります。ゲストを出迎え、シャトルバスを運転するスタッフはとても親切です。客室やその他の設備は平均的なもので、フロントのサービスもまあまあです。全体的にはまあまあで、二流リゾートと言えるでしょう。」

「Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.」

「どこも絶景です。他の惑星に来たみたい。 この施設に泊まるのであればまずイージーバイクの確保をオススメします。 バギーを使わずに移動できます。数に限りがあるので、早めに手続きしたほうがいいです。 プールは最高です。みんな写真たくさん撮っています。 部屋のシャワーの温度調節が難しいです。 あと、朝食のコーヒーや*料理は有料なのか無料なのかわかりません。 食べている人はオーダーしていたのだと思いますが、私たちはメニューをもらえませんでした。 結果コーヒを飲めませんでした。少し不親切です。 ちなみに部屋のコーヒーマシンも壊れていて飲めませんでした。 フロントでは無料で飲めます。」
