「The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could. The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.」

「We usually stay in hotels, and our first night here was pleasant. The service was good, and the room was clean, well‑stocked, and the King bed was very comfortable. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom was much smaller than what we’re used to. Our biggest issue came on the second night, when the parking lot noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to rest. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and definitely met our expectations.」

「We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!」

It has the friendliest staff and so clean and well kept .they have an indoor ,hot tub and pool and outside pool with fireplace..It's so close to stores ,restaurants that you can just walk most places ..We met the friendliest families staying and this trip was amazing..Will stay again every time」

「The rooms are big and good for people traveling with pets. The beds need to be upgraded, not good at all. The staff were friendly. The breakfast isn't worth your time, only packaged muffins and cereal.」

「Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother. During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression. The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided. One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time. For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣 Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.」
