「酒店位置臨街，門前停車悄悄有點緊張，雙人房間住着略顯侷促。早餐不是十分滿意，早上8點去吃飯，基本全空了，問餐廳小夥，小夥説廚師歇假了，他不會做，勉強做了炒麪，早餐煮雞蛋也不是當天新的，煮雞蛋都變黃變硬了。應該説太差了。」

「I had stayed in Hilton Garden Inn Danzhou Yangpu, China from 3rd to 6th July. I want to express my positive experiences during my last three days' stay in Yangpu on Hainan Island, China. First, I met so many staff working in the lobby who were always showing smiles and warm greetings, especially Ms. Tide Lin as a great example of the very good impression I had during the check-in and check-out procedures. Second, I had a problem with air conditioning in the room, and Ms. Tide Lin reacted immediately to send a service engineer and offered me a new room to avoid any inconvenience from the A/C during my stay.
