nice hotel, good food, helpful staff and clean swimming pool

全体的には良かったのですが、サービスはもう少し改善の余地があります。アイロンとアイロン台を頼んだのですが、部屋には持ってきてくれませんでした。ワイングラスを頼んだのですが、2時間以内に2回も持ってきてくれました。午後1時までのレイトチェックアウトをお願いしましたが、断られました。

This was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait. They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time. The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there. For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived. Food overall was decent. One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

最近インドネシア出張中の価格に比べて最高👍ホテル！ ルームコンディションはもちろん、清掃まですっきりしていた！ 短時間滞在してプールを利用できませんでしたが、次のSemarang出張ができたらぜひまた訪れたい！

リラックスするには十分です。水の勢いが強いのか、隣の部屋の水道の蛇口の音がうるさいです。モスクの近く、全体的にはOK

良いロケーションにある良いホテル... 清潔な部屋、良い温泉、フレンドリーな従業員... 近くにたくさんのレストランがあります。テントレム＆シプトラモールも徒歩圏内です。

古いホテルですが、快適です。バスタブまで付いています。デラックスルームを予約しました。市内中心部の便利な立地です。ジムやプールなど、設備も充実しています。食事も種類豊富で美味しいです。 特に週末は60万ルピア以下で泊まれるので、とてもお得です。最高です。
