We really love this Hotel .We feel like home !!! Amazing location , Free convenience parking, Staff so pretty and helpful . The Hotel has no Breakfast but don't worry about hungry coz they full fill snack in room fridge everyday such as Muffin ,Cookie,Ganola bar , Chocolate,... etc. I will come back here for sure.

店家是位很安靜的女士 幾乎見不到 打掃很勤快 老房子了隔音不太好 我們孩子夜哭把鄰居估計吵得夠嗆 實在抱歉 1-19號房間都在2樓或3樓 1樓衹有20和21兩個房間 但也確實比較便宜 幾乎是距離和價格兼得了 自住自離很自由 飲用水在一層 打水一般要下樓 一樓還有餐廳 裏面有微波爐麪包機咖啡伴侶糖甜味劑啥的 離各種超市便利店包括一個二層metro的一條街不遠 就是出門向左走第二個紅綠燈 然後過馬路直行可達 魁城的紅綠燈比較久 是所有車先走再所有人走 這點和安省不太一樣 這條路上的路燈燈罩很日式先鋒藝術 身體是魚四肢是人那種 幾乎像傘蓋一樣罩住了道路上方並向中間聚攏 但是離鬼怪那些景點稍微遠 出門向右不到兩公里大概 打車衹要十刀 景點有著名的酒店山坡電梯紅門小街聖誕小店 帶孩子還是住近點方便 不帶孩子很推薦 沒拍房子 發幾張景點圖吧

On the plus side, this hostel is in a PRIME location. We walked all over Old Quebec and loved it! The AC worked GREAT. The beds were pretty comfy. We were not very happy about the fact that we had booked a room through Trip.com that had a private bath. When we arrived they said that the reservation did not specify that, but I showed them the actual reservation and it DID say we had a private bath. They said there was nothing they could do about it and when I said that since I had PAID for a private bath I should at least get a discount, but they were unwilling to do this either. My travel partner said she heard some other people checking in another day and they had a similar problem with the shared bath, so we are wondering if it's a bait and switch thing with the hotel. We also told them the first morning that the light over the sink in our room was burned out or broken and she said they would have someone check it out when they came in. Nobody ever came. The shared bathroom was okay but could definitely be improved by adding a paper towel holder (there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the shelf for a few days, but eventually it all got used and it was not replaced before we left.

Staff at the hotel were friendly. The location is good. However, the current construction around the area has limited access.The room was not very big, and the beds were very small, not even queen size, and not suitable for two. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all!

Location was perfect. Most tourist spots are walkable from the hotel, easy to return for a midday or afternoon rest. Room as shown in photo. Old building charm.

場所は特に良いです、ドアは砲台に面しています、裏口は静かで、どちらの方向でも景色であり、ケベックの最も重要な観光スポットに非常に近く、曲がり角が近くにあります。ホテルは完全にセルフサービスで、この完全なセルフチェックイン/アウトに初めて会った。チェックインはフロントドアのパスワードを与えました、私はチェックインすることができません、または3時に、私はそれを完了するために助けに来た若い女性がいます。ホテルは古い建物で、スペースは非常に高く、部屋の外に小さなバルコニーがあり、部屋の設備は整っており、コーヒーマシン冷蔵庫、スーパーマーケットで購入したミルクマフィンは入れることができます。部屋は小さく、ベッドは大きく、ワードローブは大丈夫です。 ケベックのすべてが私のお気に入りです。夜の雰囲気は素晴らしく、雨の日は素晴らしく、どのようにそれを好きですか。時間は3〜4日早く、空港の近くに赤い葉がいっぱいで、都市はまだほとんどです。私はまた行きたいと思います。

Once you enter the hotel hallway, you would know right away that it's old. The room was pretty and you would see passers-by from the window. The shower curtain was reasonably clean, not spotless, but acceptable. the hotel was very close to bus stops, Frontenac, and Dufferin terrace, and almost any destination (in Old Quebec) a tourist would love to see. Breakfast at Sagamite was lovely. The only issue I had with service was that the mode of payment for this hotel was supposedly 'Pay at the Hotel,' but my card was charged earlier before the check-in. The thing that confused me was that it was under Hotel Maison du General instead of Louisbourg so I thought I was hacked. Anyway, after some Googling and Trip.com customer service emails, we found out it was under Hotel Louisbourg. Another downside of the service is that there's no active number if u wanna contact the hotel directly. They just have the Sagamite Restaurant on the internet, where recipients there do not know anything at all about the hotel booking once u reach them.

受付のスタッフはまあまあでしたが、それ以上はなかったです。8時45分のランチタイムには、ベーグルもチーズもありませんでした。掃除機も来てくれるべきでした。最後に一つだけ、照明の明るさがもう少し明るいと良かったと思います。それでも、強くお勧めします。

酒店特別安靜舒適，衞生服務也很好，離景點這些比較近，步行可達，早餐比較豐富，初去玩了一圈回來吃早餐🧇，非常不錯的一次入住體驗
