Home Boutique Hotel is a true gem! Cozy, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, and the location is perfect — close to attractions but quiet enough to relax. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

I chose this hotel to be close to the airport for a morning flight. It's not so centrally located but great for my purposes. Everything was clean, the manager was there to greet me upon arrival and they even arranged a takeaway breakfast as I left too early to stay for the hotel breakfast. Would recommend.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful. Although the ride to the airport wasn’t free, it was a huge help for my early morning flight.

Отель новый, в номере чисто. Есть чайник, вода, чай и их ежедневно пополняют. Просторная душевая кабина, хороший напор воды. Есть сауна, но я ей не пользовалась. Персонал хорошо говорит по-русски. Из недостатков только довольно скромный по сравнению с другими узбекскими отелями завтрак и не очень удобное местоположение (компенсируется дешёвым такси)

「朝食付き」と記載されていたのですが、実際には、朝食付きではありませんでした。また、宿泊税を45,000スム請求されました。宿泊税についてはTrip.comに記載されていたので、請求に関しては問題ないのですが、100,000スム紙幣で支払ったところ、細かいお釣りがないとのことで、50,000スムしかお釣りを貰えませんでした。その2点が気になりました。 その他の点は部屋の清掃も行き届いており、笑顔で外国人にもわかりやすい言葉で接客していただけたので、居心地はよかったです。

私は最近ザミンホステルとゲストハウスに滞在し、特に空港へのアクセスに非常に便利なオプションであることがわかりました。場所は素晴らしく、10-minute歩いてすぐの場所にあり、トランジットを非常に簡単にします。 施設は旅行者によく考えられています。私は特に、お茶とキャンディーが入った公共エリアのウォーターディスペンサーに感謝しました。部屋自体は快適で、専用トイレとテレビが備わっていて、とても便利でした。 注意すべき点の1つは、シャワー/バスルームエリアが部屋のすぐ外にあることです。また、スタッフが現地語でコミュニケーションをとっているため、翻訳アプリを使ってギャップを埋め、チェックイン/チェックアウトをスムーズに処理するのに完璧にうまく機能しました.5ドルの税金が適用されましたので、その小さな追加費用に備えてください. 全体的に、思いやりのある設備を備えた空港近くの信頼できる場所が必要な場合は、確実な選択です。

Красивый, чистый отель. Удобная кровать,белоснежная постель, подушки, мягкие и пушистые полотенца. Правда, далековато от центра.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

立地以外は全てが素晴らしかったです。でも、タシュケントではどうせたくさん歩くことになるので、特に不満はありません。 部屋：広々としていて、ベッドは快適。ヘアドライヤーなど必要なものは全て揃っています。タオルは少し汚れているように見えましたが、シミや匂いはなく問題ありませんでした。唯一の問題は、滞在中ずっと排水溝から強い匂いがしていたことです。 スタッフ：ロシア語を話すので、私にとってはコミュニケーションが取りやすかったです。とてもフレンドリーで親切で、彼らとの会話はいつも良い経験でした。 朝食：最高でした！試したものは全て美味しく、様々な種類の料理があって誰でも満足できると思います。 立地：はっきり言って、地下鉄の駅からかなり遠いです。タクシーを利用するなら立地で困ることはないでしょう。また、ホテルの周りにはコンビニエンスストアや美味しいレストランがいくつかあります。夜は通りも静かです。

コンセプトは良いホテルです。広々とした部屋で、改装もきちんとしており、ベッドも快適です。電気ケトル、テーブル、クローゼットもあり、水も持ってきてくれます。 ランドリーは有料です。スタッフは「ここは三ツ星であって四ツ星ではない」という態度で丁寧に対応してくれます。 ビュッフェ（朝食）の選択肢には少しがっかりしました。必要なものは全て揃っているようですが、一週間滞在しても新しい料理は一つもありませんでした。もう少し種類があると良いのですが。 しかし、これらは些細なことです。 全体的には問題ありません。
