when we arrived， they could not find our bookings . l had to call trip com support to help. After more than 1 hour wait， they finally found it . ｗｅ were so tired and stressed out and hungry . Next day our room was not clean by 3 pm even though we left . It was raining sowe need to rest. That is another dissappointment for our trip to Jieyang.

Very good accommodation, staff are friendly, breakfasts good, but I stay 2 nights the breakfast are repeated the same, free laundry service

The 2 front staff officer are very helpful n frenly and they even let us have a free room upgrade upon check in… will definitely return again if I’m visiting relative again

Staff were helpful and friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Location was a bit far from main points of interest; it was walkable but not a pleasant walk and shops nearby were not super interesting. There was a 24h convenience store across the street at least. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the hotel breakfast was decent. They advertise a fitness room but apparently it's been closed for a year so the entire floor is not available. Laundry is free but it's one single machine and with no instructions (but staff was able to help). The hallways smell like cigarettes/smoking and our first non smoking room had the smell too but it wasn't too much of an issue inside the rooms for the most part. Beds were comfy and there was enough privacy for a comfortable stay. The elevators did had an issue and they closed one and then both of the elevators for a short time when we were forced to use the stairs but I'm sure this is just an anomaly.
