Good hotel with reasonable price. A bit far from centrum, but very quiet place. kind staff.

Good location. It’s easy to get around from the hotel. Near the hotel there are many restaurants to have lunch and dinner. The room is very clean and tidy too. Recommended.

la habitación estaba bastante bien, pero había un lagarto en la habitación. El hotel tiene una sería de normas musulmanas, no utilizar pantalones cortos, ropa sexy. Pero fuimos a la piscina y a mí pareja no le dijeron nada. La piscina es abierta a gente de la calle, estaba bastante llena. El desayuno es tipo buffet y estaba muy bueno.

직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 숙소는 잘 관리한듯하지만 조금 오래된 시설임이 느껴집니다. 숙소에 생수가 따로 제공되지는 않아서 복도의 정수기를 이용해야 합니다. 수영장도 깨끗하고 가격대비 추천할만한 숙소입니다.

I stayed at Idoop Hotel Mataram for 6 days and 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good location and made my stay in Mataram very enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Nice place to stay. Clean room, friendly staff. The bed sheets had to be replaced because they were dirty and torn.
