全て良かったです。スタッフの対応も迅速で、WhatsAppで24時間カスタマーサービスを受けられました。トイレだけが悪臭がして水漏れしているようでしたが、それ以外は全て良好で、コーヒーと紅茶のティーバッグも用意してくれていました。場所はとても美しかったのですが、早く来られなかったのでビリヤードをする時間がありませんでした。プールからの眺めは本当に最悪でした💯💪✨🔥

I booked 3d2n for family events, and the place was fully booked as it was school holiday and PH at the same time. Service staff were really nice and friendly, we felt immediately welcomed upon checked-in. The deposit has to be paid in cash ONLY upon check-in, so make sure you have some cash ready in your wallet. They provide buggy service to the hotel room, however many were broken so there’s only one operating so waiting time is prolonged but manageable. My kids love riding the buggy so that is also an attraction by itself. It’s cheaper to buy breakfast on Trip apps than at the receptionist. The location is very remote and food delivery apps will not deliver here. There’s also no lunch and dinner service available unless you book way ahead before coming. So for lunch and dinner time we have to go out, it has become very inconvenient as we planned to stay longer inside and enjoyed the facility than eating outside. The overall facilities are nice, it is a very spacious place where we could conduct a lot of activities for the kids, from swimming to badminton to indoor games and not to mention hike in the morning - mind you the hiking is not-beginner-level. However there are some challenges we faced during our stay. One of the rooms that we booked has water issue, at night the water just stopped flowing. And on the second night, there is an unfortunate power outage caused by faulty electrical equipment that resulted to about 6 hours of blackout in few rooms and also the clubhouse. It is understandable and commendable that they tried to fix the issue a quick as they can, and service staff on the ground handled the communication well by keeping us updated with the repair progress, and even accommodate us as best they could. However it is still very unpleasant experience to stay in the dark and also our program has to be cancelled due to this unfortunate event. Overall the kids enjoyed their stay here. And the staff are also very helpful. With the price we pay it is worth the stay and hope this place can improve further, especially when handling full house booking during peak season.

良い点：部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、窓があり、広々として明るいです。エアコンはありませんがシーリングファンがあり、山の中なので暑くなく、とても涼しいです。悪い点：Awana駅とスカイウェイ（ロープウェイ）から遠すぎます。駅で降りてからホテルまでタクシーに乗る必要があり、ゲンティンに行くにはまたタクシーで駅まで行ってロープウェイに乗る必要があります。ロープウェイを降りてからもホテルまでタクシーで戻らなければなりません。タクシー料金は通常8リンギットですが、ピーク時はタクシーがつかまらず、15リンギットくらいに値上がりすることもあります。

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant, and the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We stayed in two rooms, both of which were spacious and well equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dining table, and four chairs. The overall environment was also nice, comfortable, and relaxing, making it suitable for a family stay. However, the check-in experience was unfortunately quite troublesome and time-consuming. We were required to pay an additional RM200 deposit before the check-in instructions could be provided. We tried contacting the management by phone, but no one answered. We also sent emails and WhatsApp messages, but did not receive any response. As a result, I had to contact another agent and ask her to help us get in touch with the person in charge. Only after that did we finally receive a response to our WhatsApp message. Due to the lack of communication and the complicated check-in process, our family ended up spending more than two hours waiting and trying to complete the check-in process, which was quite frustrating, especially after a long journey. Apart from the check-in issue, there were no major problems with the accommodation. The only minor issue was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was noticeable and could be improved. Overall, the rooms and facilities were good, and we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend that the management improve the check-in procedure and, more importantly, ensure that guests can reach someone promptly when they need assistance. A smoother and more responsive check-in process would significantly improve the overall guest experience. The hotel does not provide parking facilities for guests. The parking rate is RM1 per hour, with a maximum daily cap of RM19.

部屋はとても素晴らしく、素晴らしかったです。家族全員が部屋と景色をとても気に入りました。確かに、お金を払う価値のある場所であり、再びここを訪れる機会があることを願っています。 ただし、解決したい点がいくつかあり、将来的にはより良いサービスを提供できるよう改善されることを願っています。 1. チェックインの明確な指示がない - すべての荷物を持って別の建物を横切って歩かなければなりませんでしたが、最終的にホテルのロビーで、予約時の番号に電話して鍵を受け取るように言われました。さらに、駐車料金も支払わなければなりませんが、30分以内に入場するには高すぎます。家族連れで来たので、勘違いして歩くのが大変でした。 2. デポジット - 部屋のデポジットとして RM200 が請求されましたが、これは私の意見では、非常にばかげていました。たったのRM100だったら最高です。さらに、鍵を受け取ったらその場でデポジットを支払わなければなりませんが、返金は24時間以内に処理されますが、これは非常に不合理でした。お客様の利便性を高めるため、最大 2 時間以内に処理されることを願っています。

チェックイン場所は Geo38 ビルでしたが、チェックイン手続きに関する情報をまったく受け取りませんでした。ウィンドミル ロビーに直接行き、受付に行ったところ、この部屋のチェックインはウィンドミル ビルにはないと言われました。メールの予約情報に電話をかけようとしましたが、電話に出ませんでした。最後に、チェックインの連絡先を Google で検索し、ようやくチェックイン場所を見つけました。別のビルにチェックインし、別のビルに宿泊します。予約の詳細に連絡先番号を記載することをお勧めします。滞在は大丈夫でした。チェックイン手続きで問題が発生しただけです。

Located at Chin Swee Temple, fuss free room. Comes with towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, bodywash, 2 bottles of water and boiler. Temple is connected to the cable car station, 5-7 mins walk. In the day, there's lots going on at the temple area, can find food, there's luckin coffee. At night, there's nothing, the only vegetarian restaurant closes by 9pm. However, it is very quiet and peaceful to sleep there. Room is basic, comes with fan, no tv. Bathroom is big enough but no shower curtain. You can see some black molds at the corners, but honestly for the price, there's nothing to complain. We slept well, bed and pillow were good.

Great for families. Check-in is easy with clear instructions. Rooms are of good size. Gym and swimming pool are located at top most floors with Genting Highland view. A lot of food options nearby. Will repeat booking.
