Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

口コミが良かったので宿泊、建物は古いですが、可愛いホテルです。色々な工夫がしてありました。 レンタル自転車を借りましたとても便利でした。 街にはLimeというレンタル電動自転車もあって、シアトルの坂道も距離も苦ではありません。 トイレを流す時にすごい音と空気が出ます。 室内のテレビのコネクションが悪く写りませんでした、メンテナンスの方がすぐに来てくれて、テレビがつくようにはなりましたが、リモコンか悪いのかその後もチャンネルが変わらずストレスで結局、見ませんでした。 その不便さかリゾートフィーをチャージしないでくれました。

I recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out. Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports. The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac. Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!

Worked well for one night stay before departure with airport shuttle and plentiful breakfast. Although room furniture needs updating, room size was good for three adults and service was outstanding. Helpful, patient, and sokution oriented staff made this an even better stay.

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーですが、役に立ちません。料金を支払い、衣類と洗剤を入れた後、洗濯機が動かなかったので、フロントに電話したところ、洗濯機が動かないと言われました。なぜ通知を出さないのかと尋ねると、フロントは私が電話したときに初めて知ったと言いました。最初は翌朝まで待って、洗濯機の会社に電話して返金してもらうように言われました。とにかく、返金されるかどうかはわかりません!!! 結局、何度もやり取りした後、フロントは現金で返金し、別の階で洗濯できるように洗剤をくれることに同意しました。 車でシアトルに到着したのは夜遅く、夜の11時頃でした。駐車料金を支払いました。チェックアウト後数時間でシアトルを出発するので、スペースが必要なので午後遅くまで車をガレージに置いておくことはできないと言われました。私は「1日料金」を支払ったので、原則として午後遅くまで車を駐車できるはずだと言いましたが、彼らはそれはだめだと言いました。遅くチェックインするのは私の選択であり、彼らは私の駐車時間を午後遅くまで延長することはできないと言われました。 私は彼らに、それが規則なのか、彼らは説明にそれをはっきりと記載し、ゲスト、特に「1日料金」について別の解釈をする可能性のある海外からのゲストに事前に知らせるべきだと尋ねました。 結局、彼らは午後2時まで駐車することを許可しましたが、それは私には早すぎ、駐車場の問題のためにシアトルでの計画を完全に変更する必要があります。 結論として、ゲストに問題があれば申し訳ないが、あまり助けることはできないというのが彼らの一般的な態度です!!!!!

積極的にお勧めします。 空港に非常に近いです。タクシーで10分35ドル払った。 ホテルシャトルがあるので利用すればいいです。シャトルバスが大きくてとても良く、運転手もとても親切です。 ロビーフロントは清潔で設備もモダンなので、私もゲストも大好きです。深夜に到着し、スタッフが親切かどうかはわかりません。朝食も食べていないのでよくわかりませんが、エレベーターの隣にあるコーヒーと紅茶は質が良いです。 歌声非も良く寝具トイレ床カーペットもきれいでした。

夫と私は最近シアトルを訪れた際にこのホテルに宿泊しましたが、全体的に満足のいく体験でした。部屋と共用エリアは手入れが行き届いていました。スタッフは良いサービスを提供し、常に丁​​寧で、どんなリクエストにも応えてくれました。部屋に電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、アイロン、ヘアドライヤーがあり、滞在が快適になったのが良かったです。もう 1 つの良い点は、無料の朝食で、選択肢が豊富でした。 ホテルのロケーションは大きなハイライトです。空港に非常に近く、無料のシャトル サービスもあります (レンタカーを借りていたため利用できませんでしたが)。市内中心部からそれほど遠くないので、主要な観光スポットを簡単に探索できます。近くにはおいしいレストランもいくつかあります。 全体的に、予算が限られている場合、快適で便利な滞在には確実な選択です。

ホテルは市中心部に位置しており、どこへ行くにも便利です。向かいには中央図書館があり、LRT駅も近く、空港へのアクセスも非常に良いです。ホテル内の設備も充実しており、快適に過ごせました。朝食はシンプルですが、味は美味しかったです。

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites SeaTac. It was a fairly short hike to the light rail station and near a few restaurants. The breakfast had adequate options and beverages. The front desk staff was helpful and the free airport shuttle was much appreciated!

The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
