It’s a nice hotel with good amenities like gym and pool. Breakfast is ok. Service is amazing and front desk is very helpful and responsive. Love the lemon lime water at the front.

Suite was comfortable and spacious. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was delicious. Kids loved the waffle maker.

There was a miscommunication with the booking dates, and unfortunately, I didn’t end up staying at the property. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue, but the staff I spoke with were unhelpful and showed little interest in finding a solution. This was my first time booking with this hotel, and it turned out to be a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t book here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others — especially given how unwilling the staff were to assist a first-time guest.

レイククックロードの入り口を見つけるのは少し難しいですが、場所は非常に便利です。複数の高速道路の近くにあるため、ダウンタウン、西、北に行くのは簡単です。 

ホテルは静かで美しい環境、温かく思いやりのあるサービス、快適なベッド、豊富でバラエティに富んだ朝食、散歩に出かけることができます。周囲の小さな町は静かで美しいです。小さな湖、学校、別荘、鉄道駅があります。など、シカゴのダウンタウンまで電車に乗ることができます

ホテルの部屋はとても広く、リビングルーム付きの2ベッドルームルーム、2ベッドルームを予約しました。各ベッドルームには独立したバスルームとクロークルームがあり、キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機があり、自分で調理できます。 3台のテレビ、4人家族はそんな部屋に十分以上住んでいます〜

サービスは素晴らしかった、部屋は素晴らしくてきれいです。

Stayed here for my son's bootcamp graduation. Had no issues with anything everyone here was very friendly. It's close to base and other amenities. It is in a buisness park so it was away from the craziness. Would definitely stay here again if I ever have to travel back to this area.

호텔의 위치가 제 가족 여행에 적합했습니다. Wholefood market, Panera bread, TJ Max등과 가까워서 편리했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 호텔의 카펫 (복도)에서 나는 냄새였습니다. 직원들은 언제나 친절해서 전반적으로 만족했습니다.
