提前聯繫酒店安排接機，接機師傅也很客氣，出來就可以立即看到。到達住宿地點，有歡迎飲料，房東先生很客氣，英語不好不用擔心。房間內一切都是不錯的，熱水很充足，介紹的也很仔細。垃圾桶衹有一個。有陽台，衹是我們停留一晚，所以沒有辦法好好享受。期待再次入住。

We arrived at 2am after a late night flight and left at 9:30am so were not there long enough to judge properly. Staff very attentive, kind and accommodating for late check in and breakfast. Very clean and tidy with basic amenities - good value. It was good for us to catch a nights sleep before leaving early the next day.

ホテルは良いです。中心部に位置しています。 部屋は広々としています。キッチンがあり、設備はすべて問題なく使えます。 スタッフは親切です。シンクに少し問題がありましたが、すぐに解決してくれました。 ホテルにはサンラウンジャー付きのプールがあります。 海までは10メートルですが、泳ぐことはお勧めしません。まず水が汚れていて、次に非常に危険です。泳ぐには適したビーチではありません。しかし、部屋から海を見下ろす景色は素晴らしいです。 隣の建物はカトリック教会です。ミサは1日2回、早朝と夕方5時に行われます。マイクに向かって歌を歌いますが、歌声は美しいものの、カラオケのように聞こえます。その後、司祭がマイクを通して会衆に説教をします。私は早起きなので、朝のミサは気になりませんでした。何か問題があれば、事前に準備しておきましょう。 もう一つの難点は、食べ物を置き忘れたり、パンくずを落としたりした途端、小さなアリが部屋に現れることです。基本的には、食べ物を冷蔵庫の外に放置せず、食後は必ず片付けるようにしましょう。とはいえ、アリは毎日掃除するか、リクエストに応じて駆除すればすぐに駆除できます。不快な存在ではありませんが、ただ煩わしいだけです。 ネゴンボの町自体は特に見どころはありません。到着後や出発前に数日間滞在する以外に、特にすることはありません。この町には見るべきものは何もありません。本当に何もありません。しかし、美味しいシーフードを提供するレストランはたくさんあります。価格と質の面でおすすめなのは、ジュード・レストランです。ホテルから徒歩約20分です。 ホテル自体では食事の提供はなく、カフェなども併設されていません。

Excelentes instalaciones. Muy límpio. Personal amable y eficiente. Sobre estar cerca de la carretera, nuestra habitación (en el tercer piso) estaba bastante bien insonorizada y no molestaba el ruido de vehículos. Buena comida en la cena a precio razonable. Muy buen desayuno incluido, y tambien incluido el uso de un excelente gimnasio con piscina que hay en el edificio de enfrente. Ha sido un acierto escogerlo como parada para ir al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente. También gestionaron nuestro traslado al aeropuerto a buen precio. Todo genial!! 👍🏽👌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😄

「スリランカに来て初めて泊まったホテルです。英語が下手だったので、コミュニケーションが少し難しかったです。連れて行かれた部屋はスタンダードツインルームで、ベッドが軋んでいました。予約したと言いました。」ダブルベッドルームです。ウェイターにベッドを2つ組み合わせても大丈夫ですかと聞かれました。こんな感じかと思って忘れてくださいと言ったものの、オーダーを見たらどうやらこの部屋ではないようだったので、連絡しました。 Ctripのカスタマーサービスです。夕食に出かけ、戻ってきた後、ホテルが部屋を調整してくれました。調整した後、本当に違うことに気づきました。3階の大きなベッドルームは本当にはるかに豪華で、ベッドははるかに快適でした。写真は撮りませんでした。それから、ホテルの朝食は本当に美味しくて、比較する必要はありません。このホテルに滞在すれば、一日中快適に過ごすことができます。

Booked a King size bed two single beds room but what I got was a queen size bed and only one single bed. Hotel said sorry but did offer any conpen (breakfast) or anything. It was a little uncomfortable because we did book this room for a reason. Besides that it was an ok place, nice little pool the kids can play but the billiards table.. if you have a table.. take care of the sticks.. it was impossible to play. Anyways. Not sure I'll go back. After walking around the area, saw plenty of other places (might be worse) around.

I booked this one for my parents. Initially the hotel had made a mistake. My parents were one hour late to check in. Still there was a person in their room. The hotel had given my parents a different room for one hour. As a compensation for the trouble, they gave a suite for the last night of my parents’ staying. In Trip.com, this hotel is a 4 star hotel. But the staff say it is a 3 star hotel. Service, cleanliness and amenities match a 3 star hotel as well but not the price.

The room size is decent enough for a standard room, bathroom is however smaller , great location negombo beach is just in front of the hotel (cross the road), many cafes nearby, breakfast was also nice enough, very great view from restaurant of beach. Few missing things: doormat, few toiletries (other than soap, shampoo and shower gel). Overall a nice choice to stay
