とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ。部屋は柔らかくふわふわのタオル、快適なベッドできれいです。バスルームのハイエンドのカニの木のアメニティ、ケリガンコーヒー メーカー、ミニ冷蔵庫、電子レンジ。レイクビューバルコニー付きの460号室に泊まりました。アヒルを見て、ルーンの電話を聞くことができました。強くお勧めします

超素晴らしい！湖では、湖は窓の外にあります！市内中心部に非常に近く、無料駐車場、豊富な朝食、朝の湖畔の散歩、とても良い気分！次回もよろしくお願いします！

This is a lovely place to spend the 4th of July. Right on the lake front with a private beach, green grassy area, and wonderful outside seating make this an inclusive place for your holiday weekend. Great location and close to downtown where there is beautiful Library Park allow for convenient travel. The restaurant has acceptable food and is connected to the hotel. The lobby area has large windows that allow for a beautiful morning view of the lake or a relaxing view at night. Unfortunately, the room rates reflected a holiday price. I felt lucky to have found a place! The staff was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Although the hotel was absolutely booked, the room was quiet. Great place I will definitely come again!

We checked in late on Friday. To listen to a party of young people. They appeared to underaged. They partied until 6:30am with the hotel staff doing nothing to stop the loud parting. At 6:30 we were awoken again to a fight between the party people. This happened several times during the night early morning to extremely loud disturbances. Several got scared and express their concern of getting in trouble for being underage and already in trouble with the law. One young man was left at the hotel. We heard him throwing items around. The vacuum outside his door first thing in the morning did not encourage him to exit the hotel. My husband encountered him in the hallway with a door slam. We expressed our concern and lack of the staff of handling this situation all night long in the morning. The staff was not very motivated to get this young man out of the hotel. We finally called the police. Once the police arrived the young man wouldn’t answer the door. Once he finally did was hostile to the police officer with vulgar language. I know we should not have had to pay for our stay as there was nothing remotely acceptable about this. The staffs in action from midnight to 10am was truly NOT acceptable. Not one apology, not one consideration to the quests that had to endure this and the lack of sleep. I don’t think it was our responsibility to deal with this problem!!!!! So far not one person from this hotel has contacted us about our stay after we spoke to the front desk several times during our short stay. I would not stay here!!!!!

犬と一緒にエリアにいる間、私は一泊しました。犬と一緒にできるだけ出口のドアに近い1階の部屋を提供してくれたので、彼らはかなり親切でした。私をチェックインしたフロントデスクの店員はフレンドリーで親切でした。私の部屋はきれいで、ベッドは快適で、A/Cは素晴らしい仕事をしました!今後のベミジ旅行のためにこのホテルを見つけたことをとても嬉しく思います。

私たちはこのホテルで素晴らしい経験をしました!私たちの部屋には十分なスペースがあり、ハエはなく、清潔で、朝食は良かった、プールは素晴らしくてきれいで、マットレスには防虫カバーがあり、静かで家族向けの雰囲気があります。ある夜、エアコンが機能しなくなりました。私たちはフロントデスクに電話し、修理工が20分以内にそこにいました。古いユニットを取り出して新しいユニットに置き換えるのに5分もかからなかった!私たちはこのようなサービスをあまり得ません。

The double queen room we stayed in was surprisingly large, and exceptionally quiet considering the number of other guests, kids and the fact that we were not far from the pool and front desk. It's also convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping, while not being far from downtown or Lake Itasca State Park, which was our reason for being in the area. This was a great ”home base” for a couple of days in the area.
