部屋は清潔で、全体的なレイアウトはとても暖かく、場所はとても良いです、ウーシタン風景区の向かい、隣にはたくさんのシーフード屋台があります、プトゥオと南沙に行くのはとても便利です、オーナーはとても良いです、お勧めのレストランもとても良いです、ホテルのJiugonggeの朝食もとても良いですサークル、次回もまた来たいホテルです。

I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family and friends. It is situated on top a small hill on one end of Shengshan Island. Staff can pick you up from the island’s dock and drive you to the hotel - which is great if it is super hot or if you get seasick on the ferry ride (1 hour from Shanghai, 3.5 hours from Ningbo) from the China mainland. The hotel has impressive rooms with large bathrooms / a tub, showy / “baller” furniture, and thrilling views of the sea. Our room had a 270 degrees view - we received a free room upgrade from the generous hotel. The hotel has a solid morning breakfast (not buffet) included in the room rate. Soft drinks and beers can also be bought. The hotel has an outdoor pool and it is next to a seaside road that can serve as a running route (there is a running path part of the way). One length of the island, from the hotel to the East Cliff, is about 5.25 km one-way. The run is more undulating (hilly) than you might expect, but it is not too bad. Bring suntan lotion if you go in the summer. I’d say 2-3 nights is enough to get the full experience. This is a really strong hotel considering that it is in a small market and that the whole island is a bit isolated. I am glad I went and am happy to recommend if you decide to give it a try.

5月1日の休暇にシークリフホテルで素敵な滞在を楽しみました。 良かった点は以下の通りです。 - 5月の休暇の船のチケット購入は、チケットアプリが外国のパスポートを受け付けていないなど、至難の業でした。ホテルは、オンラインでチケットが売り切れ（20分で売り切れ）た後も、往復のチケット手配を手伝ってくれました。 - 到着時に送迎を手配してくれて、出発時には桟橋まで送ってくれました。 - ホテルは素晴らしい海の景色を望め、静かで海を思わせる客室、レストランも同様でした。 - すべてがモダンで、特に気に入ったのは、客室のテレビでAppleの画面を共有できる機能です。夜に写真を確認したり、自分の映画を観たりするのに便利です。 - 朝食は午前8時から9時まで美味しく、8時45分にチェックインすれば遅めの朝食も楽しめます。到着後、ホテルのレストランで遅めのランチをいただきました。料理は素晴らしく、屋外の席も快適でした。営業時間もフレキシブルで（14時～17時は閉まっていない！）、実はメインビーチの上のレストランで食べたものよりも、こちらのレストランの食事の方が気に入りました。受付でコーヒーを淹れてもらえましたが、少し熱かったです。 - ホテルから徒歩20分のところに、夕日を眺められる素晴らしい入り江とカフェがあります。素晴らしい体験で、早起きする必要もありませんでした。 - ホテルはWeChatでいつでもオンラインで対応してくれ、1日のスケジュールなど、あらゆる問題や質問に対応してくれました。サービスも素晴らしかったです！ - ホテルには専用のビーチエリアがあり、泳ぐのに良さそうです。夏に検討してみます。島の水はきれいで、上海からわずか数時間です。 - 小さな欠点：早朝から漁船が行き交うので、朝の睡眠を妨げるかもしれません ;) - もう一つの欠点は、ベッドが私の腰には少し硬すぎたことです。中国で柔らかいベッドはどこで見たのでしょうか？ 総合的に：強くお勧めします！

One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh. First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle. The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got. They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai. Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure! Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

空港に迎えに来てくださった男性のサービスは素晴らしかったです。10/10!!! 飛行中に荷物が破損したのですが、修理を手伝ってくれる人を呼んでくれました。天候により普陀山行きのフェリーに間に合わず、その日の出航は欠航になったのですが（空港に迎えに来てくれたときにバンの中で話をする機会がありました）、彼は荷物をフロントに預けておけばいいと言って、急いで港まで送ってくれたので、間に合ってよかったです。最高の顧客サービスです!!! 彼はチップをもらう気もなく、結局フィリピン産のドライマンゴーをあげてしまいました。しかし、フロントの男性は話が違っていて、ものすごく遅く、外国人パスポート保持者のチェックインの仕方がわからなかったと思います。彼は私たちのパスポートを持っていて、誕生日を聞かなければなりませんでした!!ビザの日付（有効期限と発行日）も分かりにくかったし、到着日を何度も聞かれました。ビザのページの反対側にスタンプが押されているだけで、実はその日に到着したばかりで、初めてのホテルでした。とにかく、空港からの無料送迎は最高で、港まで、そして最後にバスターミナルまでも無料で送ってくれました。素晴らしいサービスでした。

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. We were never been told that the air-conditioning would be turned off during the night. Because of this decision, two of my family members overheated and their faces turned red, and eventually everyone in the room developed a fever. When we went to the counter to ask for help, we were told that the hotel shuts off the aircond because “most customers prefer a 养生 environment.” This excuse is completely unacceptable. If some guests want warmer temperatures, they can adjust it on their own. Turning off the air-conditioning for all guests is irresponsible. Instead of solving the issue, the staff pushed blame around, avoided accountability, and finally offered us a fan as a “solution” , after we had already paid full price for a room that should have proper cooling. Only when I finally raised my voice and demanded to speak to the manager ,they decide to turn the aircond back on. What’s the point of staying here If guests have to fight just to get normal air-conditioning, what kind of hotel is this? This whole experience completely ruined my trip. The front desk service was equally disappointing. They were unfriendly, unresponsive, and dismissive. They ignored us while chatting among themselves and only responded when I raised my voice. This behaviour falls far below professional standards. I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced such unprofessional and irresponsible service. I do not recommend this hotel.

Service was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go. The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around. The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk. Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.

太好了，來普陀山三年，這一次是住的最舒服最乾淨的民宿，房間也很大，風格也很喜歡，房東大哥也很熱情，下次來還會再來

This is a homestay (民宿), so do not expect the same level of service or amenities you would normally find in a hotel. The property is located within a residential estate, giving visitors a glimpse into the self-sustained local lifestyle in Putuo Shan. Based on the condition of the buildings, I believe this is an older estate, and many units have been renovated into hotel-style rooms for travelers. The homestay is about a 5-minute walk from the bus station. Each bus ride costs either RMB 5 or RMB 10 depending on the distance, payable by QR code. Private cars are not allowed inside the Putuo Scenic Area. If you have small luggage, you can bring it on the bus; for larger suitcases, you can arrange courier transport for rmb10 per piece per way—your guide or the owner can provide more details. The beds and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. We were satisfied with our 2-night stay. Tips: The owner provides disposable one-time-use towels. They are thin and small, so bring your own towel if you prefer something more comfortable. There are breakfast options right at the entrance. For lunch and dinner, it’s about a 5–8 minute walk from the building. We personally preferred the small local restaurant over the larger seafood restaurant. It is 1.7km to Puji Temple and 2.2km walk to Harbour. We chose to take bus as too much walking for us for the day already.
