Overall good experience. Can be improved but overall not bad

このホテルを予約するとき、私は躊躇しました。ホテルの部屋は狭く、テレビもwifiも、小型冷蔵庫も騒がしいと評価しました。しかし、チェックイン後、私たちは驚きました。私たちは2泊しました。とても静かでした。ホテルの衛生状態はとても良かったです。部屋は小さいですが清潔で整頓されていました。ホテルの部屋のwifiブラシビデオはとてもスムーズでした。ホテルはシャーロットタウンの中心部に位置し、ホテルの隣に駐車場があり、毎日8.75カナダドルでとても安いです。最も満足できるのは、そこで料理をしたり食事をしたりできるラウンジがあり、ラウンジでシーフード鍋を食べたりすることです。すべてのスタッフはとても熱心で、あなたにすべての助けを提供します。次回シャーロットタウンに来るときはここに滞在します。暖かすぎて便利で快適です。強くお勧めします!

ハーバー ハウスは私たちにとって滞在するのに最適な場所でした!私たちはグリーン ゲイブルズのアンのことをするためにPEIに来ました。前夜にハーバー ハウスに滞在するために来ました。一日中利用できるお茶(そしてコーヒー)は、夕方と朝はとても素敵でした。ベッドは快適で、バスルームはとても素敵で、翌朝の朝食は美味しかったです!また、人混みや暑い午後の天気を避けるのに十分早くグリーン ゲイブルズに到着できます。アンのファンやPEIに滞在するのに最適な場所に絶対にお勧めします!ツインベッド2台のイエロールームに泊まりました。

Great spot, location is perfect, close to everything..very clean and staff were great and friendly..

ホテルはシャーロットタウンの中心部から車で約10分です。車で2分ほどのところには、いくつかの飲食店と、PEIを訪れた際にぜひ試していただきたいアイスクリーム店「Cows Creamerie」があります。ホテル自体はとても清潔で快適で、無料駐車場も十分にあります。朝食エリアは広くて快適で、座席もたくさんあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。PEIにまた訪れる機会があれば、またこのホテルに泊まりたいと思っています。

There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.

素敵な景色

Wonderful grounds and walkways. Spacious rooms some with outside patios and great views. Front desk staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Only one restaurant was open due to the time of year and end o the season. The food selection was limited to bar food. That was a little disappointing, but we would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice, and the property have a view of the river, but the outside area was a little disappointing. The back of the hotel had RVs there and that area was unkept. The font facing the river was a wood boardwalk that had chairs but there was no privacy. Again the room had a well appointed kitchen and the living area was nice. This motel would be best suited for longer stays when cooking in was important.
