It was cheap so I guess it adds up, it is in an interesting part of town although it didn't seem overtly dangerous i wouldn't want to be walking around late at night. The lady at front desk didn't speak any English which isn't a big concern but she was very short and rude well checking in. The room is small and you can hear everything, the blanket was tiny but otherwise for the price its not a bad deal.

El desayuno es excelente y variado. El personal es amable y atento. Las instalaciones son limpias y la ubicación es muy conveniente cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales y buen transporte
Aujourd'hui,le restaurant nous a servi un churrasco (steak de bœuf) d' environ 250g qui était délicieux et bien moins cher que dans les restaurants aux alentours. Au retour dans ma chambre, le ménage avait été fait parfaitement. Le service est très bon et le prix de l'hôtel est de seulement 45000 pesos pour une personne. L'hôtel est toujours aussi calme
AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)
ゲゲストVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

Solo hay un ascensor y se demora mucho en bajar y subir, hay personal muy amable como hay otros que son más serios y no tan amables, no me hicieron la limpieza al otro día del cuarto, aunque no me afectó porque estaba muy limpio desde que llegué. Pedí cambio de habitación porque la que me habían dado tenía una vista hacia el interior y cuando reservé decía que era vista hacia la montaña, pero me solucionaron de forma rápida.
