Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

典型的なヨーロッパの 3.5 つ星ホテルです。タリン旧市街の真ん中という絶好のロケーションにあり、快適だが典型的には小さめのダブルルーム、素晴らしい朝食、暖かいエアコンを備えています。カップルにお勧めします。しかし、私たちはここに再び滞在することはありません。ホテル滞在の 2 か月以上前に予約し、全額支払われていたにもかかわらず、到着時に部屋が「ダブルブッキング」されていると言われました。私たちが派遣されたのは、学校のキャンプ施設のような部屋で、シングルより小さいベッドが端から端まで配置されている部屋でした。これでは物足りないと言うと、フロントの人は他の宿泊客の前で「それは残念です」と言いました。旧市街を歩いて戻った後、マネージャーは私たちをより良い部屋に1泊させ、その後3泊分の事前予約した部屋を確保しました。また、エレベーターが4階までないので、大きなスーツケースを持って階段や段差のあるフロアを運ぶのは大変でした。最後に、チェックアウト時に、受付係は、最初の支払いが「彼らのシステム」によって拒否されたため、再度支払う必要があると主張しました。私がスタンプを押した領収書を見せた後、彼女は告訴を取り下げた。すると彼女は「システムエラーだったに違いない」と反論した。私の意見では、2 人の異なるスタッフ メンバーは、サービス産業における本格的な専門能力開発から恩恵を受けることができると考えています。しかし、他のスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。それは非常に中心的な場所でした。朝食は美味しかったです。

立地は最高です。旧市街の端に位置しているので、市内中心部のほとんどの場所へは徒歩圏内です。 ただ、清潔さは改善の余地があります。ベッドには長い髪の毛がいくつか落ちていました…。 朝食はごく基本的なものでした。食事の質に関してはもう少し期待していました（例えば、スクラブルエッグはゴムのように硬く、ジュースは薄めただけの化学薬品のようでした）。しかし、全体的にはリーズナブルな価格です。

アイビスの品質は折り紙付きで、サービスもホテルのデザインも良いです。 タリンのバス停に非常に近く、徒歩圏内にあり、バスでの旅行に非常に便利です 市内の観光スポットへの直通バスが発着しています。フェリーターミナルまでは車で約 20 ～ 30 分かかります。 カウンタースタッフの対応に大満足 カウンターでは宿泊者には無料のコーヒーが提供されています☕ この二日間でちょっとカフェイン過剰になりました😂 2階の部屋は、夜遅くまで階下の通りでタバコを吸ったりおしゃべりしたりしている人がいたので、通りに沿って少し騒がしかったです。 朝食も悪くない、とても気に入っています

最近、ラディソン ブルー ホテルに宿泊しましたが、概ね良い経験でした。ロケーションは素晴らしく、旧市街、主要な観光スポット、さまざまなレストランに近いです。ホテルのハイライトは、26 階にあるスカイ ラウンジで、街の 360 度の素晴らしい景色を楽しめます。日没時や夜景を楽しみたいときにぜひ訪れてください。素晴らしい景色です。 ホテルには 1 階にバーとレストランもあり、無料のウォーター ボトルと客室のコーヒーと紅茶のセレクションも嬉しかったです。ホテルの客室は快適です。さらに、受付の近くに小さなスペースがあり、無料の水、スナック、フルーツをもらえます。これは他のホテルではあまり見られない素敵な心遣いです。チェックインとチェックアウトはスムーズで、無料の荷物預かり所も利用できます。 滞在中、スタッフは本当に親切でした。ただし、ルーム サービスは残念でした。清掃員が部屋やバスルームをきちんと掃除してくれませんでした。良い点としては、スパを試してみましたが、素晴らしかったです。ホテルの受付でクーポンを購入すると、スパのカウンターでは 25 ユーロですが、10 ユーロで購入できます。スパには素敵なプール、ジャグジー、サウナ、スチームルームがあります。 全体的に、ラディソン ブルー ホテルでの滞在は楽しかったので、お勧めします。

For the price it’s good. More a ‘back packer hostel’ no locker in room. Staff try hard to keep clean but it’s an old building. Very noisy at weekend outside (due to hot weather window needed to be open).

Stayed here just for one night while hotel hopping in Tallinn with my little family of four. We booked a family room with beautiful by windows and a bath tub. We had one queen bed and a room with two single beds. Our St. Barbara stay comes with a buffet breakfast. There is not a lot of options but still would offer food for vegans, vegetarian, those on keto, lactose intolerant, and gluten-intolerant diets. This is alright because the stay isn't very expensive. The check-in is a breeze. It was wonderful to know that our room was ready earlier than official check in time but if it is not, they also offer free luggage storage while you roam around town. Our room holds a lot of character and clean. The windows give you a sight of the old Tallinn architecture. The only downside for our family if the lack of a bidet/toilet hose in the comfort room. We're 2 minutes away from the public transport. Also a few minutes away from restaurants, bars, the Old Town. Location is great. We can jump on a bus to the Cruise Terminal so that's very convenient especially while traveling with little children. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples.

The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days. The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.
