1泊 2名様（42歳と15歳） 私たちはとても早い時間のフライトでした。 それがこのホテルを選んだ主な理由でした。 ここから空港のドアまでは歩いて5、6分しかかかりませんでした。 そこまでのルートは分かりやすく、歩きやすいです。最初の2分間は上り坂になりますが。 さらに、ホテルの真向かいには地下鉄駅があります。 近くにはショップや飲食店がたくさんあります。 フロント/チェックインは温かく、問題なく進みました。 ホテルやエリアなどに関して私たちが持っていたすべての質問に対して、親切でフレンドリーなサポートを受けました。 私たちが予約した部屋はシンプルで、私たちにとって最も重要なことに、清潔でした。 長い一日の後にお風呂でリラックスできるのは素晴らしいオプションでした。ホテルの備え付けの洗浄ジェルがとても良い香りでした。 チェックアウトはとても簡単かつ迅速でした。 この宿泊施設をお勧めします。 ご滞在中は楽しくお過ごしください

Great location, spotless rooms, and amazing staff — perfect for a short stay! I stayed at the B&B Hotel Alicante Centro for one night while in Alicante for a business trip, and it was exactly what I needed — comfortable, convenient, and easy. My flight from London was delayed, so I emailed the hotel from the plane worried I wouldn’t make check-in. The staff replied immediately, reassuring me that they have 24-hour check-in, which was such a relief. When I arrived a couple of hours later, the night staff were lovely — welcoming, friendly, and made check-in effortless. There’s also unlimited coffee from a machine downstairs, which is always a win after a long travel day! The lobby décor was modern and fresh, and my room was simple but spacious, with two twin beds pushed together (perfect setup). The bathroom layout was semi-open but still private, and everything was spotless. The shower was great, water pressure strong, and I loved being able to connect my phone to the smart TV — a nice modern touch. The view from my window looked out over rooftops, and it felt private, which I appreciated. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast the next morning was buffet style with a good continental spread — fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee, and a few hot options. It was exactly what I needed to start the day. Staff in the morning were just as friendly and helpful as the night before. I stayed to work for a few hours from my room and later from the reception area, which had plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is ideal — there’s a supermarket right next door, and it’s only a short walk to the waterfront and central city area, which makes it easy to explore before moving on. The only small downside was the minimal furniture in the room — it could use an extra chair or two — but for a short or overnight stay, it’s more than comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend B&B Hotel Alicante Centro for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and affordable base to rest, refuel, and explore the city. I’ll happily stay again next time I’m passing through Alicante!

Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

初めてTrip経由で予約しましたが、とても満足しています。ホテルは素晴らしく、近くのバスなどの交通機関へのアクセスが良い場所にあります。部屋は清潔で、騒音はありません...言うことはありません。 早朝に到着したのですが、荷物をフロントに無料で預けることができました

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and excellent facilities. The room was rather small for a junior suite. But other than that: recommended!

Hotel in pieno centro, sono completamente soddisfatto perché hanno soddisfatto le mie richieste la camera spaziosa e soprattutto silenziosa, la ragazza della reception del turno di mattina si è dimostrata molto professionale ha avuto un gesto di attenzione per tutti sia chi aveva al banco sia per tutti gli altri che attendevano anche solo per depositare i bagagli

立地は良いのですが、2泊予約したのですが、部屋には飲料用の水が2缶しかありませんでした。ホテルに再度問い合わせたところ、自費で購入するように言われました。なんてケチなのでしょう。ホテルにはバスアメニティなどがなく、掛け布団もきちんと敷かれておらず、走り回ってしまい、体を覆っても不快でした。最初は最後に用意してくれた部屋も狭くて快適ではありませんでした。コスパは良くありませんでした。階下にショッピングモールはありますが、コンビニはありません。

Overall very good and location is super near to the main train station and walkable distance to the center. They upgraded our room to a bigger room for extra 5€ and it was nice. Everyone we talked to was pleasant and very helpful.

大聖堂から徒歩5分程度でちょっと路地奥に立地しているホステルですが、プライベートバスルームがついた2人部屋を使いました。シティーセンターからちょっと離れているけど、大聖堂やLlotja de la Sedaに近くて観光には便利でした。フロントのスタッフは愛想がよくかんじがよかったです。 部屋は広くてとてもおしゃれな感じでしたが、。残念なのは部屋の壁が薄いからか、隣部屋の音や廊下での他人の話声が丸聞こえでうるさく感じました。 バスルームのスライドドアの滑車が1つ壊れてガラス扉が外れそうになっていたのも残念でした。

期待以上でした！強くお勧めします。 ダブルベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、数日後にホテルから連絡があり、空室がないとのことで、代わりにトリプルベッドの部屋を同料金で、もしくは全額返金で提供してくれるとのことでした（私の予約は返金不可でしたが）。新しい部屋に泊まってみると、本当に素晴らしかったです！パノラマの窓はまるでバルコニーのようでした。とても清潔でベッドも快適でした。冷蔵庫は部屋にありました！廊下には電子レンジもありました（1台は電源が繋がっていませんでしたが、1階にあるもう1台は繋がっていました）。ティーポットがあればもっと良かったのですが（電子レンジで湯を沸かすことはできました）。Wi-Fiも快適でした。ホストはとても親切で、チェックイン時に全て説明してくれました。早朝のセルフチェックアウトも可能です。シャワージェルとシャンプーは用意されています。歯ブラシを置くカップがあればもっと良かったです。 外（2階）は騒がしいこともありますが、窓を閉めて静かに過ごせました。隣の部屋のドアを叩く音が聞こえますが、このホテルではよくあることです。 素晴らしい地区です。コンサンム・スーパーマーケットまで徒歩わずか1分、メルカドーナまで徒歩5分です。周辺にはカフェもたくさんあります。地下鉄まで徒歩5分、市内中心部まで徒歩30分で、鉄道駅へのアクセスも非常に便利です。
