Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!
We arrived in the late evening (~10pm) and received a very good service!
It was all clean and very good, we enjoyed it
They accept dogs for a 5€ fee
The breakfast has many options (salty and sweet)
The hotel is located smack in the middle of the city, very convenient if you're interested in exploring Toulouse City. Driving in and out of the hotel takes a little effort
Super Hotel
Arrivée même tardive ...Poir ma part ( 2Am ) personnel disponible indication claire
Accueil, Propreté , disponibilité du staff
Tout d'une Première Classe
A bientôt.

B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV.
However, there were several drawbacks.
We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey.
The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening.
The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much.
The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat.
Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person.
No carpets in the rooms.
ゲゲストI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel , very beautiful and neat 👌 and the staff very helpful. I will visit again definitely 💯 And i hope to fine Apart city at every part of Europe 👌
Easy access to almost everywhere , beach , shops and all 🫡 words can’t express how happy i am with the service. Kitchen is fully equipped .
TT/RFellow travelers,
I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.
ゲゲストThe location of the hotel is not close to the train station, and it is located in between two subway stations. We took the subway from the train station and then walked to the hotel from the subway station. The room was a good size, with a small fridge, microwave, and kitchenware (pots, pans etc.) to cook a light meal. We requested at quiet room, and got a room at the end of a long hallway. It was quiet. The most interesting thing is that there is this ”reminder” in our room, telling us that we had to empty our own garbage before check-out, and if we don't, we will be billed at the ”current rates” but nobody told us what is the ”current rates”. Also, the same reminder states that if we break anything, or don't wash our own dishes and put them back at the exact spot where we found them, we will be billed at the current rates. We emptied the garbage, took the recycling downstairs, washed and dried all dishes, and put them back at the exact spot where we got them before we checked-out.
