Turned out to be much better than expected. Please note that the hotel have different buildings and areas so the rooms may vary. Good enough parking and extremely good location. Free welcome drink too

We had a small cute, comfortable, quiet old-fashioned room. Slept well. Everything was nice and clean. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and great family service. Wood book again. Thank you

A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. Watch out for the Half Board SCAM. Half board means an evening Meal. However it seems you have an allowance only and if you go over you get a bill at the end of your stay. Terrible.

On arrival we were allocated a very small, went back to reception and this was sorted. My gripe is the now £10.00 per day parking charge. However you can park elsewhere for free. This will now make choosing the Angus hotel as not a first option as the main reason for going is the spa facilities unfortunately they are now getting tired and in need of TLC as is the hotel.

We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth
It was central, yet quiet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere.
We would definitely stay there again.

素晴らしい
ゲゲストA lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Ratings for all except service based on website. rating on SERVICE based on experience
for reasons entirely out of my control, I had to cancel my stay 24hrs beforehand. I called to let them know. I advised I had to cancel and the reply was (word for word)
” ok , that's still chargeable”. NO ' I'm sorry to hear that' NO ”maybe we can find another date so you don't lose your money”... no ' we can't refund you but do you want a credit on account'.
if I'd have phoned 12 hours earlier my money would have been refunded or I could have amended my booking.
the blame was put on TRIP as I was told ' you booked through them and they wont help you.
So I'll be avoiding this place when I go up for my trip, and I'd advise others to avoid places with staff as uninterested as here.

ゲゲストKenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

ゲゲストA lovely hotel in a quiet setting. Bar service was a bit slow but available most times during the day. Food service was ok. Breakfast was good… wide variety… although fruit could have been fresher, ( apple was brown). Dinner at night was ok. Entertainer was good, enjoyed his music and cheerfulness. Difficult to get a taxi on the day we left and was pouring with rain. Staff were really helpful and took us to the train for which we were really grateful! I suggest booking a cab the day before.
Our room was comfortable and a good size. However the bathroom window curtains need attention. A shower curtain pinned up with press studs wasn’t appropriate for security and privacy!
We would stay again.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat dadurch auch einen gewissen Charme. Leider etwas hellhörig, bei dem Preis aber auch ok.

強い悪犬型の匂いがします。リビングルームでリラックスできませんでした。それはラグまたはソファからでした。
これらのロッジは疲れており、更新する必要があります。バスルームは汚れています。寝室は暗く、照明が悪い。良くない!

ゲゲストNot the easiest to find if not using satnav but in a very tranquil location. Large carpark. Nearest shops about an 8 minute drive away. Very nice hotel but rooms could be done being modernised. Bed a bit too firm for us. Very welcoming staff.
Very good breakfast with a good choice and made to order hot food. Did not have dinner.
Can go for a quiet walk along the river.
