チェックインは迅速で、海、堤防、お店も徒歩圏内です。部屋は清潔で、バルコニーが2つあり、アイロンとミニキッチンも完備されています。4人で宿泊したのですが、唯一のマイナス点はベッドリネンが足りなかったことです。もう1枚持参するように頼みましたが、担当者は対応してくれませんでした。2泊しましたが、部屋にはソファが2つあるのに、子供​​たちは1つのソファで寝なければなりませんでした。それ以外は満足でした。またバトゥミに行くことがあれば、必ずここに泊まります。

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Excellent hotel, very clean. People at the reception are amazing, helpful and always wit a smile. Really enjoyed my stay.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

Hotel is located at a great location. Service is a problem and staff has attitude. Otherwise a great stay.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious and clean. There were a couple of let-downs though, like the sea view on the first floor is a view of the trees blocking the sea. The doors are always slamming in the hallways for some reason. A pot was provided for cooking but no dish soap or anything to cook with. I guess the kitchen is meant for people staying longer who will buy their own oil and dish soap for using the kitchen. No actual cooking tools like knife or cutting board either. On the plus side, the washing machine / dryer combo was a life saver after traveling across Georgia before arriving.

С лифтов ВООБЩЕ не было проблем. Ресепшн с высокими потолками, охраной и лобби. Но как будто температура воздуха в лобби 32 градуса, это пугает и не хотелось там посидеть. Рекомендации по заселению четкие.т также на фото вид на море , а у нас сбоку кусочек был виден. Мы очень расстроились. Не понравилось, что на фото изображена стиральная машинка, а ее не было. Пол в апартаментах просто ледяной. Есть кухня, но нет таких мелочей, как растительное масло , соль и ид. Мы приехали на 2 суток и нам для яичницы нужно покупать бутылку масла, пачку соли и тд. Рекомендую добавить такие мелочи на кухню. Погулять в этом районе не хотелось, так как вокруг стройка, мы ходили в старый город.

The location is excellent, the customer service is great, and the bar’s F&B team is very helpful. When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is new and very clean. Overall, everything was perfect.
