ホテルは遊歩道の隣という素晴らしいロケーションにあり、黒海からは 2 分です。人気の観光スポットまでは徒歩約10分です。 皆さんもクラブルームを予約することをお勧めします、エグゼクティブラウンジは景色も良く、人も少なく、ハッピーアワーのワインの種類も比較的豊富です。 ホテルのトルコ式バスを利用するには、水着を忘れずに持参してください。とてもリラックスできます。 チェックイン時に少し問題がありましたが、Ctrip がすぐに解決してくれました。

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Уже второй раз останавливаемся в данном отеле. Нравится расположение, рядом парк, озеро. Тихий спокойный район. В здании отеля отличный ресторан Асканели. К сожалению, туалетную бумагу выдают только при заселении. Воды в номерах нет, но есть в этом же здании небольшой магазинчик. В целом отель рекомендую.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

私たちはこのホテルチェーンに二度目の滞在（トビリシに続いて）しましたが、ホテルが海岸線の近くに位置し、ホテルが清潔だったので、選択は彼らにありました。 ホテルの利点の中で、まず第一に、専用駐車場に注目したいと思います。ロシア語に堪能なスタッフ。部屋の清潔さ。部屋からは海の景色。バルコニーの存在。ビーチに近い場所。部屋の防音性が良い。 このホテルには欠点もある。朝食は単調で美味しくなく、ロシア人らしくない。ホテルチェーンのコーヒーには味がない。バルコニーの部屋には屋外用家具と衣類乾燥機がありません。シャワー室には個人用清掃用品を置く棚はありません。 私たちの身に起こった状況についてもお話したいと思います。立ち退きの前夜、火災警報器が鳴り、すぐに受付に電話しましたが、つながりませんでした。私たちは予想通り階段を下り、受付の女の子に近づくと、誰かがタバコを吸っていると彼女は答えました。しかし、私は彼らがこの状況について私たちに口頭で謝罪しなかったことに驚きました。結局のところ、それは真夜中でした、そして人々は目を覚まして怖がっていました...

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

Отличный отель. Прекрасное расположение - близко и до моря,и до центра города. Удобная,двуспальная кровать. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Балкон. Вкусные завтраки. Приветливый персонал

Офигенный новый отель. Это кстати сеть. Завтраки отличные, дизайн ресторана топ. Спортзал норм. На ресепшен русский и английский, барьеров не возникло. Своя парковка, удобно!

トビリシから17:05発の電車にのってバトゥミに到着しました。チェックイン時間の23時少し過ぎてしまいましたが対応していただけました。 入り口がわかりにくく、建物のドアからは番号を教えて貰えないと入れないので、最初は向かって左にある裏庭への入り口から入ってください。Receptionと書かれたドアからなかに入れます。 土足禁止なのがきれいでよかったです。(持参したサンダルで過ごしました) ベッドも広く清潔でした。 建物内のシャワーは私がいたときは左側がお湯が継続してでなかったので、注意してください。シャンプー類は見た感じ置いてなかったです。 ドライヤーはあります。 近くに24時までのスーパーがあります。 管理人さんも優しくてよかったです！ ロケーションも歩いていける範囲に観光地やごはんやさんがあるのでよいです。
