Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

築1910年のようで、かなり古いホテルですが、とても雰囲気があります。
設備: ホテルの設備はかなり古いです。ドライヤーのパワーが弱かったり、トイレの水の流れが悪かったりしましたが、この築年数を考えれば理解できます。部屋は非常に広く、庭はとても美しく写真映えします。ホテルは迷路のように広いです。
清潔さ: 清潔で整頓されていました。
サービス: ホテル側で部屋のタイプをアップグレードしてくれて、とても良かったです。
交通: トゥアン・グアン・ダイ通りの中心に位置しており、ホテルを出るとすぐに街歩きが楽しめます。外にはレストランやカフェがたくさんあり、非常に便利です。
全体的に、とても雰囲気のあるホテルです。設備は他のホテル（ヒルトンやシェラトンなど）には劣りますが、一度は体験する価値があると思います。

駐車場から始まり、受付、チェックインのプロセスはすべてスムーズで、この料金にしては部屋も広く、朝の朝食はメニューが豊富で、レストランのスタッフはとても親切です。koki氏は3歳の息子にシェフの帽子を与えてくれて、とても満足しています…不満な点は、息子が割ったコップの代金がかなり高いことだけです
改善が必要な部分は、朝食時のスナック（ワッフル）があまり美味しくないことです

先日スラバヤで乗り継ぎをした際、フォーポイント バイ シェラトン スラバヤ パクウォン インダに宿泊し、楽しい時間を過ごしました。ホテルはパクウォン モールのすぐ隣という便利な場所にあり、ショッピングや食事に最適です。また、ホテルのシームレスなフード デリバリー サービスも便利で、さまざまなレストランから簡単に食べ物を注文できました。部屋自体は清潔で快適で、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。全体的に素晴らしい体験ができました。他の旅行者にもぜひこのホテルをおすすめします。

ホテルの朝食は、洋食と東南アジア料理の2つのセクションに分かれていて、非常に充実しており、快適に食事を楽しめました。ホテルを出て右に8分ほど歩くと、SOGOの文字があるTunjungan Plazaという大きなショッピングモールに着きます。地下にはたくさんの飲食店があり、麺類もあります。地下1階にはHeroという大きなスーパーマーケットがあり、日用品の購入に便利です。ホテルの客室設備はこのホテルの標準を満たしています。
全体的に満足しており、小さなインフィニティプールもありました。Grabタクシーの料金は、人民元で40〜50元くらいでした。

このホテルには何度か行ったことがありますが、バトゥで最高のホテルです。最後に残ったのは人がいっぱいのときだけでした。朝食は最上階へご案内いたします。私のアドバイスは、最上階に案内された場合は、景色がとても良いので、そのまま二階に上がった方が良いです。階下のレストランほど食べ物の選択肢は多くありませんが、階下のレストランも頼むことができます。それは最高

スイスベル イン トゥンジュンガン ホテルに泊まって満足しました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、特にフロント オフィスのスタッフは親切でした。ホテルはスラバヤの有名なショッピング モールの向かいに位置し、ショッピング モールにつながる道路があります。旅行の目的でスラバヤを訪れる際は、スイスベル イン ホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。

The Receptions not really friendly, but the other staffs are really helpfull. The breakfeast was great, but the pool is cold, maybe it will be perfect if the pool come with warm water. The picture of ballerina in the room and hall make the ambience little bit spooky.

Recently opened hotel located within reachable distance to popular places such as Tunjungan Plaza!
Excellent service from the staff and decent breakfast as well. During our stay, the pool, gym and some other parts of hotel are still under development so they weren’t usable. Great view from the higher up floor rooms. It is a great hotel overall. However, not a foreigner friendly hotel yet because of the staff’s limited communication ability in English.

Very near the airport. Only 20 mins. The lobby got small starbucks. Nice view from hotel room, we saw 3 mountains. Very affordable for such high quality rooms and bedding and seevice. Would recommend and 100% coming back

RRose AnnWe use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years.
Room is ok with warm and good water pressure.
They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training.

サービスは申し分なく、スタッフはフレンドリーです。ホテルはとても混雑しているように見えますが、朝食の場所は広としていて、過度に絞ることなく全員を収容できます。
全体的に滞在は楽しいですし、私たちは間違いなく戻ってきます。

NNS30Baobab Safari Resort is located quite far from Surabaya city centre, but it is definitely worth the approximately 1-hour drive from Surabaya Airport.
We booked two connecting rooms, both with balconies. We were assigned to Level 4, and the view was absolutely magnificent, overlooking Mount Arjuno and Mount Welirang. Waking up to the mountain scenery was truly refreshing. Cooling weather, fresh air and beautiful scenery.
Food Experience
The highlight of the meals was the Nasi Rawon. The beef was very tender—soft and melt-in-the-mouth—and the soup was rich and flavourful. The portion size was generous. Other food items were acceptable but nothing particularly outstanding.
For breakfast, however, the buffet spread was rather limited, especially in terms of meat and protein options.
Room & Amenities
The room itself looked decent but slightly dated. That said, the beautiful view more than compensated for it.
One important note: do stock up on your own bottled water before arriving. The hotel uses refillable glass bottles, and unfortunately, the wooden covers of the glass containers appeared very mouldy, which was quite off-putting.
Activities & Environment
There are plenty of activities available. A walk through the Enchanted Forest thats full of pine trees and feeding area for Capybara, Lama, Sheep is possible, though you’ll need to take a buggy from another area. The Safari Zoo is located separately but can be arranged by the hotel.
Animals around the hotel can be fed according to scheduled timings. Waterbucks, however, can be fed with carrots 🥕, which were provided by the hotel on the day of check-in.
The lobby and dining areas were a standout—beautifully designed and facing the roaming animals while still maintaining a safe boundary within their designated area.
Animal Welfare
I have always been quite sceptical about zoo animals in Indonesia due to past negative experiences, where animal welfare did not seem well cared for. However, Baobab Safari Resort truly changed my perspective.
The environment is clean, the animals appear well fed, and I frequently saw zookeepers actively present in the animal areas, feeding hay and grass to the zebras, waterbucks, buffaloes, and giraffes. It was reassuring and heartening to see such care and commitment.
This experience made me believe that proper education and responsible management really do help build a better environment for zoo animals.
Overall, it was a meaningful and memorable stay for my family.

ゲゲストここに滞在するのは2回目の経験です。いつも満足しています、本当に価値があります、フレンドリーなサービス、広々とした部屋、大きなバスルーム、清潔で快適な部屋、コーヒーマシン、冷蔵庫があり、まったく問題ありません。プールがなくても問題ありません。 2回目の滞在でしたが、朝食の料理にがっかりしました。今回は最初の滞在ほど味が良くなく、メニューはどれも味気なく、塩辛いものもありました。一方、最初の朝食はメニューのほぼすべてが美味しかった

PPolka13This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart.
Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste.
The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget.
I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution.
But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby.
I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.
