外観とレジャーセンターに改装中のホテル。プールと更衣室は閉鎖され、エレベーターは壊れていました。到着前にこれを知らせませんでした。私を悩ませませんでしたが、高齢者や障害者の場合、これは問題になります。レセプション/バーのスタッフはとても快適で、ここで食事をしなかったので、食べ物についてコメントすることはできません。 ベッドルームはモダンで、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。寝具はきれいで、バスルームは最近改装されましたが、天井の蜘蛛の巣と家具はほこりっぽいです。

プラスの面では、ホテルは空港から簡単にアクセスでき、部屋は広く、ベッドは快適です。朝食は一般的に良い水準で、興味深い選択があります。簡単に駐車できました。フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ。改善されたかもしれない私たちのための領域は、ほとんどの人が調理されるのを待っている多くの注文があると言われたときにアイデアを放棄したので、公正な待ちがあるだろう、新鮮な卵を調理するための朝食システムを含むでしょう。私たちの部屋は西に面していたので、暑い夏の日の終わりまでに、部屋も暖かくなりました! 19度のエアコンの設定は、温度を迅速かつ効果的に下げるのに絶望的で、窓は少ししか開いていませんでした。私たちはまだ誰かがなぜ夏にホテルにまだ冬の重いキルトがあるのかを説明するのを待っています...私たちはそれらの下で寝るよりもそれらで寝るのにもっと時間を費やすようです!!!!残念ながら、このホテルは、予算が限られている人にとってはオプションではないかもしれません。

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

Check into the room, there was a hole in the throw at the bottom of the bed. The handle in the window was falling off. When for a shower then it was going from hot to cold. I opened the drawer for the hair dryer it was full of hair. We went for food then, the food was good, bar staff was nice. Next morning we went for breakfast, we waited over 30 mins for our breakfast to come down even do the restaurant was very quite. We both ordered scrambled egg with hash brown and rashers. When it eventually arrived we got two bowls of scrambled egg and poached egg and hash brown on one plate. We said we didn't order this and the waiter say ye will have this. I said no we order rashers and hash brown. She insisted we take it. We asked for a manager. She said she was very sorry and we would be compensated . We check out, the manager told us it didn't go through in fist transaction. It went through second time we check the receipt it said €40We found out later that evening we had been charged 20. We rang for them to say this and she said she charged us 20 by mistake. But the breakfast was 10 each so that why we got 40 back. Alot of mistakes, by Alot of staff and noone taken responsibility if you ask me.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfy room, location is great. The hotel has everything such as a pool, gym, restaurant etc. Breakfast was divine, staff very helpful. I want to thank Ryan and Maeve especially, for being so kind and friendly helping us with the bags, and recommendations about the city, and attractions. Highly recommend it and will be back for sure😊

I’ve had several fantastic visits to this hotel in the past two months. The service has been excellent on all occasions and is consistent across all departments in the hotel. In my recent visit, Sagar at check in was an absolute delight. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to value returning and valued Radisson rewards members. He couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive, even seeing him the next day, he wanted to know if my stay was great and if there was anything I may have needed. Breakfast was a huge spread with so much variety, staff very friendly and checking items are topped up and making polite conversation. Hotel really well presented throughout and hygiene and cleanliness are excellent… from lobby to corridors to room. Had dinner on second night, arrived early evening, not too busy but food and service again was on point. Fresh, quick, friendly and efficient. Typical hotel offering but tasty, no complaints. Service again, not too much but could get a waitress/waiter if needed. All Busy, no standing around etc. Room cleaning was great, everything as expected! Overall, made to feel very special in all areas of the hotel by different members of staff. Visit for work but will return for a family visit without any hesitation… outstanding service has been great. An unbelievable improvement on visits last year. Note.. if wanting to visit Cork centre, it’s a quick taxi or train ride away.. not a walk in to the centre type hotel… but I won’t visit any other if I can help it! Thanks for a lovely visit!

Top class guesthouse. The breakfast was very good, freshly prepared and a nice selection for a small guesthouse. Quaint old house, so old fashioned keys and plumbing, but the bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and there’s free parking, which is good so close to the city. A bit of a walk into the city, and on a busy road, but overall a good place if on business in the area or travelling around.

Amelia and Sarah made our anniversary trip and dinner in Kinsale very special indeed. They noticed every detail and predicted just what we needed without us even having to ask. True professionals. Can't wait to visit Kinsale Hotel & Spa again.
