「ベンガルール最後のステイ先として選びましたが最高でした！ お値段ほどほどなのにクオリティは問題なし、スタッフのホスピタリティも高くベッドメイクのあとはタオルアートをしてくれていたりと宿泊客を楽しませてくれることをしてくれます。 朝食も色々な種類があり、メインからスイーツまで選べます。 今回高層階だったのもありますが夜は非常に静かで周辺の騒音はほとんど聞こえませんでした。 メトロをメインで使う場合は少し歩きますがUberなど配車サービスなら何も問題ありません。 総じて非常にいい滞在になりました。 またベンガルールに来た時は使いたいです。」

「高層階の部屋またはスイートを予約することを強くお勧めします。高層階から眺めるウルスール湖の美しさは格別です。景色と設備は本当に美しいです。朝食ビュッフェはボリュームたっぷりでおいしいのですが、内装は心地よく快適でありながらシックな雰囲気で、通常の朝食ビュッフェのサービスにありがちな刺激的で騒々しい雰囲気とは対照的に、くつろげます。チェックイン時に唯一残念な思いをしたのは、2日間前からフロントデスクに連絡してアーリーチェックインをお願いしていたのですが、iPhoneのメッセージ機能も使ってみたのですが、メッセージには一切返事がありませんでした。友人がようやくフロントデスクに連絡できたとき、そのようなリクエストは宿泊者や部屋のタイプによって異なると言われました。これは決して良い言い回しではありません。ようやく到着したときには驚きましたが、滞在中はフロントデスクに常に少なくとも4人の親切な係員がいたので、電話やメッセージが気付かれなかったと知って少しがっかりしました。季節柄、全員で手伝う結婚式があったのかもしれません。いずれにせよ、バンガロールへの旅行の方には、家族連れでもビジネスマンでも、コンラッドをお勧めします。」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel! I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish. The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect. Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient. Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended. A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏. Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄 Thank you for making our first experience in India such a memorable one 🇮🇳❤️」

「We recently stayed at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru to celebrate my mother's birthday. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and there were several things the hotel did well. The check-in process was smooth, the reception staff were courteous, and we genuinely appreciated the effort the team put into decorating the room with balloons and a cake for my mother's birthday and upgrading us to a higher floor. That thoughtful gesture made the celebration special. However, what stood out was that many of the small details expected from a luxury brand like Taj were missing. Luxury hospitality is often defined by consistency in the little things. While walking through the corridors, several staff members passed by without even a smile or a simple greeting. It may seem minor, but these small interactions are what create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At other luxury hotels such as Oberoi or St. Regis, the staff consistently make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get that feeling here. There were also several oversights with the room setup. The room was booked for three guests, yet only two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, and one bathrobe were provided. We had to call housekeeping for additional amenities. Again, it's a small detail, but these are the small things that guests naturally expect at this level of hospitality. The Locker rooms just had towels with no bath robes and slippers. Clearly it's cost cutting and any experienced traveller would feel that. Breakfast was not up to the mark as well. I usually start my morning with soup, which is commonly available at many luxury hotel breakfast buffets. When I politely asked if soup was available, the response was simply, ”We don't serve soup here,” rather than offering a warm or helpful alternative. None of these issues individually ruined our stay. In fact, the birthday arrangement and reception experience were genuinely appreciated. But when you're staying at a property carrying the Taj name, it's the attention to detail that makes the experience exceptional. Those details were unfortunately missing throughout our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the foundation is clearly there. With better attention to small touches and more consistent guest interaction from the staff, the overall experience would better reflect the luxury reputation that Taj is known for.」

「We had a really bad experience with our first hotel which was oakwood whitefield (please don’t book oakwood! I was trapped in elevator for 15 min and didn’t get any apologies or acknowledgment from the staff and general manager) Palm meadows on the other hand were awesome from start to finish. We came very early but I think the receptionist saw how distraught we were and allowed us to do early check in. All throughout they have been really helpful. The room had black out curtains so we had such good sleep. Very worth it for the price.」

「Highly recommend for a social hostel stay in Bangalore. Since I didn't have the digital wallet to pay for taxi rides, reception staff were eager to help and used their UPI upon agreement to reimburse them. Billiards and other games may be enjoyable to some. Rooftop restaurant is a bonus.」
