This hotel is conveniently located not far from the Termini station. I only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. I left my bags so that I could explore the next day. There was no charge and I was able to cool down in their lobby on my return. The breakfast was very nice. There was also water and wine available during the day as well as some other drinks. The people at the check-in desk were very helpful and kind.

正直に言って、ホテルに入った瞬間、フロントのおじいさんの身なりを見て「これはセンスの良いホテルだ」と感じました。ロケーションは最高で、無料でデラックスルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。本当に窓から素晴らしい景色が見えました！トイレのシャワーヘッドは正直イマイチで、部屋のコンセントも本当に少なかったですが、それでもこのホテルに対する私の好感度には影響ありませんでした。朝食は最上階で、こちらも景色の良い席があり、目玉焼きや野菜もありましたよ～

場所はテルミニ駅に近くすごく便利です。朝食も付いていて、値段も安く泊まれて、受付の人達も良い人達で良かった。
ただ部屋が一階で窓がなく少しカビ臭いのと、シャワーのドアが閉まらず水が外に出てしまったり、排水が詰まり気味なので、なかなか水が捌けずに大変でした。
値段が安かったので、仕方ないのかも。

部屋と装飾がとてもおしゃれで、写真映えします。部屋は小さいですが設備は整っています。テルミニ駅から非常に近く、観光スポットからも遠くありません。周辺にはスーパーや飲食店が非常に多く、一番近いスーパーは徒歩50mの角にあります。
早めに着いたり、遅く出発したりする場合でも、荷物はフロント横の小部屋（おそらくカフェスペース）に自分で置くことができます。個人的には安全だと感じました。カフェスペースには水とトイレもあり、座って休むのに便利です。
ホテルには小さな古いエレベーターがありますが、入り口からエレベーターまで階段を上る必要があり、大きなスーツケースを持っていると少し大変かもしれません。
シャワールームは少し変わっていて、半分がガラス、半分がカーテンですが、基本的に使い勝手は良いです。部屋の暖房は非常によく効き、外で雨に濡れて帰ってきてもすぐに暖かく乾燥しました！

朝早い空港送迎にも対応していただけました。隣がショッピングモール、駅目の前、空港近くであり、便利です。アメニティーなどは簡素ですが問題ありません。空港離発着の方にはかなり便利だと思います。料金も良心的な価格です。お風呂のお湯が出るまで時間がかかりますが、出てからはお湯の温度は安定していました。英語が苦手で、空港の送迎時間がきちんと伝わっているか不安でしたが、車の出発時間をメモに書いてわたしてくれたりと細かな配慮があり安心できました。

治安が良く、警察官をよく見かけたので安心感がありました。トレビの泉まで徒歩500m、パンテオンまで徒歩200mと観光に便利な立地です。
中央駅からは少し距離がありましたが、大人4人と26インチのスーツケース4つで、ワゴンタイプの大きなタクシーに乗って20ユーロでホテルまで行けました。
ホテルは清潔で、中国人にも親切に対応してくださり、朝食も美味しかったです。宿泊する価値があるホテルだと思います。
ホテルの隣にはスターバックスがあり、とても便利でした。
私たちが宿泊した一番安い部屋タイプは、Ctrip（シートリップ）にはエアコンなしと記載されていましたが、実際にはエアコンがあり、よく効きました。もちろんエレベーターも完備されていました。

Только что выехали из отеля и хочется сразу написать отзыв. Отель очень понравился. Расположен недалеко от всех достопримечательностей, в пешей доступности. До Колизея 15 минут. В еврейском квартале, где сразу несколько ресторанов с кошерной кухней.
Завтраки супер! Подаются изысканно. Много десертов, фруктов. Обслуживающий персонал вежливый.
Номера интересные. Полотенца и халаты хорошего качества. Косметические принадлежности в наличии.

テルミニ駅に非常に近く、ローマ市内の移動に便利です。静かなエリアに位置し、部屋は毎日とても清潔で、ベッドは新しくて質の良いマットレスが敷かれており、毎日の長い散歩の後もゆっくり休むことができました。朝食はそれほど種類は多くありませんが、質が高く、朝食に行かなかった人のために、ある日朝食を部屋に持ってくることを許可してくれました。
最終日も午後5時まで荷物を預かってもらえました。
一言で言えば、素晴らしい滞在でした。また利用したいと思います。

DDokuchaeva2～3泊に最適な選択肢です。エルミニまで200メートル。 24時間いつでも登録可能です。 Wi-Fiは良好です。 荷物預かりと室内金庫をご利用いただけます。とてもおいしい朝食でした。驚きました。カウンターのスタッフはフレンドリーです。しかし、ここはローマの歴史的な部分であることを忘れないでください。ここにあるものはすべて古いです。しかし、人々がローマに来るのは、ホテルに座るためではなく、歩くためなのです。そうですね、中央駅の周辺はあまり静かな場所ではありません。夜にそこを歩く必要はありません）））

CChloeとても気に入りました!!!! すごく落ち着いていて快適なキャンプ場です。アクセスも良く、バス停まで徒歩2分で、そこから最寄りの地下鉄エウル・フェルミ駅までバスで行けます。市内へはバスで行けます。旅行者として、他のホステルよりもずっと安いので、とてもお得です！本当におすすめです！

ゲゲスト改装したてなのか、内装がtrip .comの写真とは違いましたがとても良かったです。
テルミニ駅からも徒歩８分くらいでしたし、地下鉄も近くて便利でした。
ホテルのスタッフも皆さん愛想も良くとても親切でした。
朝食もとても充実していて５泊しましたが毎朝楽しみでした。

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

梁梁志彦ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、ローマのトレビの泉の隣、ショッピングセンターにも非常に近いのですが、ホテルは狭い裏通りに位置しており、部屋は同じ建物ではなく、50メートル以上離れた別の建物の最上階にあります。凸凹した道路で荷物を引きずるとスーツケースに大きなダメージを与えます。私たちが住んでいる建物はとても古いものです。エレベーターは非常に小さく、2人しか乗れません。また、特定の階のドアがきちんと閉まっていないとエレベーターは動かず、1 分ごとに 5 段の階段を登らなければなりません。部屋は良かったのですが、シャワーの水温の調節が難しく、熱すぎたり冷たすぎたりしました。部屋にはアリがいたし、前の晩に買った団子はダメになってしまったし、さらに最悪なことに、やかんのお湯には沈殿物がたくさんあって、2日間お湯が飲めなかった。フロントデスクのサービスは非常に一般的です。 2泊の滞在に2,000元以上を費やしましたが、完全に無駄でした。絶対にお勧めしません。

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome.
Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights.
The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom.
Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows.
Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other.
We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request.
As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee.
Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial.
House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without.
Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.
