キッチン付きのキャビンを予約したのですが、シャワーとトイレが共用だとは記載されていませんでした。 Trip.comでオプションを選んだところ、他のキャビンにはバスルームとトイレが共用と記載されていたのに、私のキャビンには共用とは記載されていませんでした。 スタッフから、専用バスルーム付きの他のキャビンにアップグレードするように言われました。私は「アップグレードではなく、料金に含まれているはずです」と伝えました。「マネージャーに問い合わせてもいいですか？」と尋ねると、マネージャーは「結果は同じです」と言いました。 もしバスルームが共用なら、説明文に明記されているはずです。 それ以外はすべて問題なく、満足しています。

環境はとても良く、交通もとても便利です。車で行かなくてもショッピングエリアまで歩いて行けます。近くの庭園はとても美しく、訪れる価値があります。お子様と一緒に素晴らしい一日を過ごすことができます。

ホタルの洞窟を見るのに良い場所、快適なベッドは眠りにつくのに良い場所、キッチンは設備が整っています、私が早くチェックインし、黒水漂流活動の旅程にスムーズに参加してくれたホストに感謝します

這家民宿地段非常好，停車也很方便，有個小院子小朋友玩的非常開心，公共區配備了廚房冰箱，餐桌各種設施都非常方便，尤其是床墊特別特別的舒服，支撐力特別強，是我們在新西蘭睡過最舒服的床墊，我們都不打算走，但是沒辦法，因為行程太緊，所以必須要離開，但是這真的是我們睡過最舒服的床墊，沒有之一。唯一一點需要改進的可能就是床品需要再改善一下。

北島と南島のハカハウスに何度か泊まりました。ここは駐車場が便利という利点はありますが、階段の上り下りが少し不便です。トイレの数も少ないので、混雑する時間帯を避けて行くことをお勧めします。そうでないと長時間待たされることになります。

控えめに言っても、とても良かったです。立地もそれほど遠くなく、スーパーマーケットまでわずか200メートル、町の中心部まで400メートルほどです。部屋はかなり広く、ベッドの横に便利な洗面台がありました。バスルームは清潔でしたが、毎日掃除されているわけではありませんでした。共用キッチンは2階にあり、あまり清潔ではありませんでした。ゲストは使用後にすべて掃除しているようでしたが、鍋やフライパンのエリアは掃除されておらず、床は少しベタベタしていました。

comfy bed, in room kitchen, individual deck outside with furniture, parking space, extra nice hosts. very clean! lovely decor and close to food street. nice views. recommend 100%

I like this hotel so much. In middle of cambridge city, great room, clean and neat. Also have free public parking area. Staff friendly. I like the breakfast too, have so many option. Recommended. Will come back later.

Great stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

We stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel. The service was second to none. Rod and Glenys were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay. We had car trouble, and they opened their garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely, beautiful caring people. We will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel
