ゲゲストThe place is good and nice, halatang bagong hotel siya. i’m kinda not satisfied sa cr. Madulas yung tiles, delikado po. Walang divider sa bandang shower area to toilet bowl&sink kaya the whole cr will get wet pag naligo ka. Yung knob ng faucet natatanggal siya which is not our fault, yung lagayan ng stuff sa ibabaw ng sink yung glass is eventually bumababa, nakaktakot na baka matapat samin that time na malaglag which is not our fault also. Yung cover ng switch light baliktad, minadali gawin? Yung cabinet inside the room is sira din, which is not our fault.

Overall i would rate it 4/5, our stay there was ok. Im just quite dissappointed sa cr. Btw, we were in Room 10 that time.
TThat girl abroadUnfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important.
I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations.
I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity.
Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience.
I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.
