I was impressed by the hotel’s service. The receptionist who attended to us was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, such as toothbrushes. She also let us know that we could contact her if anything was missing and she would have it sent up promptly.
Another highlight was the water dispenser located outside the rooms. As many hotels in Europe no longer provide complimentary bottled water due to sustainability efforts, having easy access to drinking water was truly appreciated.
Location is near to the city centre and there are also supermarkets nearby.

Very nice and comfort big room right in city centre. Maybe can see the lightshow for new year too.
Everything good for the room. Just when check in no recep on the counter long wait in cold winter. Only got check in instruction after asked. And no parking lot given, so park at own fees nearby.

The room was a decent size with the balcony overlooking the town. It was located right in the heart of the town and close to the buses. The bed was amazing and so comfortable and I loved the bed. The breakfast was a good spread that I enjoyed.

CClaiudiuOne of the best places I stayed, and this happened in my home country! I'm amazed by the modernization of apartment and cleanliness.
Just a bit tricky to enter the underground parking, I'd show a video also to guests that are less eager to read all instructions. Same for the keylock.
We just stayed one night before our flight and price was very good. Reason was that I didnt' wanted to wake up at 2 AM and drive in the night 200km to Cluj Napoca airport, and was a very good decision.

PPiotrKStaying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

We booked this apartment for one night.
We had a great stay here! The apartment is in a nice quiet area but still close enough to the centre. It’s really spacious, with a balcony to relax on. The shower was great, the bed super comfy, and everything was very clean. Check-in was simple and communication with the owner was easy. Would happily stay again!

ゲゲストNobody changes bed sheet and towel in my 4 nights stay. I left room key in the locker when I went out. But locker was unlocked when I returned after work. Key was inside though. I got in the room. Bedsheet and towel were the same, unchanged.. So in the next 3 days I kept room key with me when I went out. Is this the reason why room has never been cleaned ??

RRAYMOND KWON YOUNGSmall boutique hotel near the center of town with restaurants and grocery store near by. Room is not large, but clean, breakfast so-so; biggest issue is hotel has no elevator, so make sure not to choose a room at a high floor if you happen to have heavy bags.
