Room was fairly clean but the hotel is old and a bit run down.  The location of the hotel , downtown of Waterbury , is not great.  We heard gun shots during the night , and did not feel safe walking around outside.  Was told to park our car in the a specific parking lot that ”had surveillance.”  All in all - an old hotel in a rough neighborhood.  Will not be coming back

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly. Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere. All staff were very kind and service minded.

街の中心部という絶好のロケーション。イェール大学まで歩いてすぐです。部屋は広くてとても清潔です。バスルームはとても清潔で、必要なアメニティがすべて揃っています。フロントのスタッフはいつもとてもフレンドリーで丁寧でした。オムニホテルニューヘイブンに泊まるのは今回で2回目ですが、次回も利用したいと思います。 ナイトライフが好きな方には、ここは絶対におすすめです。道路を渡ったすぐのところに最高のバーやクラブがあります。 完璧なホテルです。100%おすすめです。

チェックインと部屋は大丈夫でした。プールは永久に閉鎖されています。ポスト COVID とジムは小さく、心臓病の機器の半分が壊れています。プロパティにはいくつかのアップグレードが必要です。

Good place to stay for Yale Graduation. Clean and comfort.

場所は少し離れていますが、運転している場合に大きな違いはありません。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、設備は比較的古く、朝食は比較的シンプルで、全体的に良い経験です

Amenities include toothbrushes n shaver will be good. Staff is very friendly especially the food service counter. The girls are very nice.

Fast check in and check out at the hotel. The room is clean. There’s a Starbucks at the hotel which is convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning.
