オーストラリアクイーンズランド州で、駐車場のあるホテル

市内中心部から少し離れて、高額な公共駐車場を避けたい方には便利な立地です。幹線道路沿いなので多少騒がしいですが、全体的には問題ありません。 ホテルには敷地内駐車場がありますが、1泊40オーストラリアドルと高額で、駐車スペースも狭く限られています。 客室にはアメニティキットは備え付けられていませんが、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、基本的な食器類（カトラリー、ボウル、皿など）が揃っているのは良い点です。洗面台がもう一つあったのはありがたかったです。小さいながらも、何もないよりはましでした。 バスルームの洗面台は設計が悪く、蛇口に頭をぶつけずに顔を洗うのはほぼ不可能です！シャワーは問題ありませんが、シャワーカーテンがないため、トイレエリアに水が飛び散りやすく、床が濡れてしまいます。また、シャンプー、シャワージェル、コンディショナーといった基本的なアメニティしか用意されていません。 ホテルには館内ランドリーサービスはありませんが、ホテルの真向かいにある屋外駐車場にコインランドリーがあります。 お食事は、徒歩約5分のところにマクドナルドとケンタッキーフライドチキンがあります。ホテルには駐車場があるので、車で行くことも可能です。 朝食は非常にシンプルで、パン、トースター、フルーツ、そしてミルク、コーヒー、紅茶のマシンのみです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、まるで自宅にいるような居心地の良さを感じさせてくれます。

今回の滞在は大変満足でした！部屋は広々として明るく、開放感があり、設備も充実していて手入れが行き届いており、とても快適に使えました。ホテルは最高のロケーションにあり、中心部に位置しているため、周辺にはスーパーやレストランが豊富で、駅や観光スポットへも徒歩圏内なので、交通の便が非常に良いです。海にも近いです。清潔で、サービスも親切で、全体的に快適で心配のない滞在でした。オーストラリア旅行には本当におすすめで、コストパフォーマンスも高いです。

ホテルは電車のすぐそばにあり、降りてから3～5分歩けば着きます。海は見えますが、少し遮られています。夜は波の音が聞こえます。隣のビーチは広い砂浜で、階段を降りてすぐのところにあり、人も少ないのでとても良い体験ができます。階下には大きなスーパーマーケットがあり、美味しいベーグルやタイ料理、その他色々なお店があってとても便利です。ホテルにはプールとスパがありますが、少し古いのは確かです。ただ、使用する分には全く問題ありません。

ケアンズのクリスタルブルック ライリー ホテルは、まさに五つ星の評価に値します！オーシャンビュー スイートでの滞在は最高でした。床から天井までの大きな窓とバルコニーからは、珊瑚海が目の前に広がり、日の出と日没の景色は息をのむほど美しいです。スイートは軽やかながらも豪華で広々としており、スマートルーム設備、柔らかな大きなベッド、高品質なバスアメニティが完備されています。ホテルのインフィニティプールは雰囲気満点で、スタッフの方々も親切で気が利きます。エスプラネードに面しており、グレートバリアリーフのツアーが行く桟橋にも非常に近く、移動に便利で、休暇の快適さは申し分ありません。ケアンズにまた来る際は、間違いなくここに泊まります。

3泊利用しました。ロケーションの割にお値段がとてもリーズナブルだったのが一番の決め手でした。 少し早めに着いてしまったのですが、レセプションの女性が親切に確認してくれてチェックイン時間より早く部屋に案内していただき、荷物が多かったので助かりました。 部屋は古いですが十分な清潔さです。 バスタブ、洗濯機、ドライヤー、IH、冷蔵庫とあったので、出かけるとき以外は部屋から出ずに快適に過ごせます。 お得な費用感をキープするために部屋のクリーニングは一週間に1回のようです(エクストラでお支払いすればクリーニングや追加のタオルも頂けるみたい) 館内や近くにカフェはないですが、ロビーにコーヒーマシーンとドリンク&スナックが買える自販機がありますよ。

ロケーションが良く、サーファーズパラダイスまで徒歩圏内、パシフィックフェアまでも遠くありません。ホテルのフロントデスクは親切で気配りが行き届いていました。ホテルのプール🏊とスパも清潔で、スパの温度も丁度良かったです。駐車料金は1日25ドルかかりますが、便利でした。ホテルには有料のテスラ充電器と普通の充電器がありますが、私たちはパシフィックフェアのテスラスーパーチャージャーを利用しました。

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

公共交通機関はあまり便利ではなく、特に夜にホテルに戻る際には不便です。バスは遅れることが多く、長い坂道を歩かなければなりません。日中のバスはありますが、本数は多くありません。中心部からはかなり坂を上ったところにあり、かなり遠いです。バスルームのシャワーは、電源を入れると奇妙な機械音がしましたが、洗面台が2つあるのは良い点でした。ベッドにはいくつか黒いシミがありましたが、部屋はかなり広かったです。低層階だったので、窓からの眺めやプライバシーはありませんでした。2階は混雑したガレージに面していました。翌朝、100ドルのデポジットに加えて、クレジットカードに270ドル以上が不可解に請求されました。マネージャーにメールを送りましたが、何の説明もなく、謝罪と返金のみでした。非常に混乱しました。
