The location is perfect...literally a few steps from the bus station, and close to all the main sites of the city and Ledra Street crossing etc. The staff were very good; professional and friendly. The room was cleaned properly. It is an older building so don't expect anything fancy. While the room is small, it is comfortable, and the heater works very well. The toilet/shower area is very small, but manageable. There is a small fridge too. And they serviced the room. The only negatives for me are the fact that smoking is allowed in the hotel, so the room smelled of stale smoke, the WiFi was too slow at times to stream video, and it's quite expensive for the type of room (although I'm guessing Nicosia is expensive in general for rooms). I still recommend the hotel, and had a good stay there.

Otel çok temizdi odalar yenilenebilir ama temizlik ve olanaklar eksikliğini hiç hissettirmiyor. Casinosu yeterince büyük hizmet güzel yemek kısmı büyütülebilir. Personel çok kibar ve yardımcı sabah kahvaltısı ise çok iyiydi, açık büfe bu kalite çok az rastlanır. Havuz , sauna , masaj ve hamam hizmeti kaliteliydi.

Her şey çok güzeldi,Otel çalışanları çok ilgili.Otele giriş yoğun olduğu için 14:00 gibi yapıldı buda zaten bilgisi otel bilgilerinde yazıyor. Beklediğimiz için ücretsiz kahvaltı +1 verildi. Spa tarafındaki hanımefendi çok iyi birisiydi. Teşekkürler

Location is perfect and central for access all the key places in Nicosia. The market, the border between north and south, coach access to go anywhere are all within walking distance. I will make sure to always stay at Cleopatra whenever I am in Cyprus. Thanks Cosmos for showing us how to go anywhere we ask to.

Estaba en la zona norte de Nicosia (parte turca) con lo que era un poco lío sobretodo con el tema de ubicarlo ya que el mapas allí no funciona bien. Algo lejos de lo que pensábamos pero aún así muy bien las instalaciones, el que nos atendió también muy majo y muy curioso Nicosia.

Really good, clean and tidy, expected from a 5 star standard hotel.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. I would only recommend refining the A/C system, since it only worked for heating, though outside was not that cold. Other than that — comfy bed with high-quality bed linen, upscale cosmetics, coffee and water available. Also a la cart breakfast was tasty and nutritious.

The location is absolutely perfect, with a beautiful view of the famous mosque. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Mehmet, who is an exceptional person—extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel!

It is a 10 minute walk from the Ledras Checkpoint. I felt safe all through out the walk to the hotel. Hot water was not working. Bring rubber slippers as they don’t do free slippers for conservation and hygiene reasons.
