I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

設備：良い 清潔さ：良い 環境：良い サービス：良い 全体的に非常に良かったです。次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。コストパフォーマンスが高く、とても清潔で整頓されていました。部屋も非常にきれいで、よく整えられていました。特に朝食もとても美味しかったです。サービススタッフやフロントスタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ一点だけ、部屋に電気ケトルがなかったので、お湯を飲むのに本当に不便でした。

Dit hotel kunnen wij van harte aanbevelen. Gunstige ligging voor het oude centrum, mooie ruime kamer met prima badkamer, erg schoon, ontbijt is geweldig en er is parkeergelegenheid onder hotel tegen betaling.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

アパートホテルは絶好のロケーションにあります。空港直行バス乗り場や駅、旧市街（クリスマスマーケットも！）からすぐ近くです。徒歩圏内には3軒のスーパーマーケット（オーガニックスーパーも含む）もあります。 スーペリアアパートメントは遮光カーテンで静かで、快適なベッドと驚くほど快適なソファベッド、そして必要最低限​​の設備は揃っているものの、設備が充実しているとは言えない簡易キッチンがありました。 アパートメントは清潔でモダンで、ぜひお勧めします。ただし、私たちの滞在よりも快適に過ごせるよう、いくつか注意点があります。 チェックインは混乱していて、8時間の移動の後だったので本当に不快でした。準備しておいてください - メールは前日にドイツ語のみで届きました - 記載されていた住所は入口の住所ではありませんでした - ホテルでは当初Wi-Fiが使えず、オンラインチェックインができませんでした。フロントには女性がいて対応可能でしたが、キオスク端末に案内され、そこで（非常に目立つ形で）私と友人の個人情報を入力しなければなりませんでした。友人は別々に到着予定で、その時点で既に飛行機に乗っていたため、個人情報を入手することもできませんでした。チェックインの時間が過ぎてしまったのでフロントに戻りましたが、友人の情報がないとチェックインできないと言われました。事前に知らされていなかったのに4～5時間も待たされるのは不合理だと指摘すると、私の情報を2回入力するように言われました。その後、情報を更新するオプションは一切なく、友人は登録されないままでした。 - もっと情報があれば助かりました。毎日1本のミネラルウォーターがもらえることを知ったのは最終日の朝になってからで、リサイクルの状況も全く分かりませんでした。環境に配慮していると謳っているホテルなら、何らかの情報や指示があって当然でしょう。私たちはただ、食器類をきれいに洗って、簡易キッチンに積み重ねて置いておいただけでした。

Preis/Leistung stimmt, die Zimmer sind sehr klein und vom Bahnhof ist das Hotel nicht so nah.

とても親切なスタッフ。部屋を予約した際に間違った日付を予約してしまいましたが、当初は変更は許可されていませんでした。スタッフは無料で日程を変更してくれて、近くの観光スポットも積極的に紹介してくれました。市内中心部まではわずか10分です。実際、そこへ辿り着くにはまっすぐな道があります。 。

部屋はとても清潔で快適で、フロントのスタッフのサービスも素晴らしかったです。 いくつか改善点があれば、もっと良くなると思いました。 1. 駐車場のスペースが足りません。一度駐車スペースを確保したら、車を出さない方が良いでしょう。午後5時に駐車場を出て、午後8時に戻っても空きがなく、午後10時、午前0時に戻っても空きがありませんでした。結局、ホテルが勧める徒歩15分の地下駐車場に停めるしかなく、翌日午前8時に車を取りに行くと駐車料金は25ユーロでした。 2. バスルームはデザイン性が高いのですが、シャワースペースにドアがなく、シャワーを浴びている間に水が外に飛び散りやすいです。 3. 部屋には国内のホテルでよくあるペットボトルの水がありませんでした。自分で電気ケトルでお湯を沸かすか、水道水を直接飲む必要があります。 長年ヨーロッパを旅行しているので、これらの状況はよく経験しており、特に問題だとは思いませんが、改善されればもっと良いでしょう。
