ホテルは新しく、内装も外装も申し分なく素晴らしいものでした！ただ、外が非常に寒かったので、テラスに出てミニチュアトレインを眺めることができなかったのは残念です。冬だったためプールは利用できませんでしたが、見るからに素敵なプールでしたよ！ ガーデンルームは特に気に入りました！小さなバルコニーもすごく可愛かったです。 朝食も大満足でした！品数が豊富で美味しかったのはもちろん、料理がきれいに並べられており、几帳面な私にはたまらない嬉しいポイントでした（笑）。 次回、機会があればぜひまた利用したいと思います。

It wasn’t our first stay there, overall we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t like is that the housekeeping knocked at the door every day before 9 am even though we had a no disturb sign on our door. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, even if outdated, and the price recently is not so matching the quality as before.

Very friendly staff, Olga was an amazing person! She gave us an amazing service from checkin to checkout and also recommended us some spots around Menorca. Location was very central, walking distance to everything around Mahon!

“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

Не люблю я ставить все 5-ки в оценке, но в случае с этим отелем не могу не поставить. Езжу не первый год и отель становится все лучше. Спасибо всему персоналу и отдельное спасибо Линде! Все работает хорошо. В этом году еще лучше, чем в прошлом. Ресторан очень изменился в лучшую сторону. Отдельная благодарность шеф-повару!
