Superb hotel for this price. However was in renovation perhaps that's why I got cheap. Great service and great pool and bar area.

The Club room is vwry huge the bath rub is awesome ...everything is perfecto Plus the brrakfast OMG U can find all Palembang dishes here let say kue jam 8,lupis ,buhur sumsum,pempek,lontong sumthing and the International bfast also yum

Room is spacious actually enough for two full beds instead of single beds (too small). More convenient if they provide fridge in the room. Location is perfect! Surrounded by restaurants with good foods.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
