Overall it was a great experience, small gym but good enough. Had some good coffee and other drinks @1st floor cafe. I loved the bar at 7th floor, its great atmosphere with good music, ambience and very friendly staff who treat you special…will visit again.

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Kusum was very kind and professional and even changed the room according to our need. Breakfast was with good spread as usual for JW standards. Only setback, too many guests. Crowded during breakfast and lobbies were filled with people due to weddings and events. Otherwise service, amenities and pool areas were all lovely. Satisfied, No regrets

お風呂場のタオル・金庫の位置が高すぎて小柄な私には全く手が届かなかった。翌日からタオルは届く場所に置いてもらい金庫は使用しなかった。椅子も高すぎて調節出来ず、座りにくくて危なかったので、一度も使用しなかった。深夜に着いて、日にちを間違えていて到着した日の予約をしていなかった。対応した女性スタッフは不親切で感じが悪かった。結局知り合いから連絡してもらい泊まることが出来たので良かったが、、他のスタッフはとても親切でした。

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で助かりました。ホテルはとても清潔でモダンでした。立地も非常に便利で、空港にも市内中心部にも近いです。唯一の問題は、エアコンの温度を21℃以下に下げることができず、夜になると部屋が暑くなることです。フロントに聞いたところ、一般的な基準だと説明してくれました。それ以外は、滞在はとても快適で、朝食メニューも美味しかったです。

We stayed one night in Vivanta Kolkata (30th night). It was a nice and wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was excellent. As a South Indian, I was surprised to get very good tasting curd rice in the restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant. Front desk staff were very pleasant and they gave good guidance to my wife on where to make sari purchases. All in all, a lovely experience that i definitely would love to repeat!

SSS05*Review: One-Night Stay at Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata* I recently stayed for one night at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata and would rate my overall experience as a 6 out of 10. The hotel has a lot going for it, especially in terms of its location and general ambiance, but there are also a few aspects that could use improvement. To begin with the positives, the hotel is situated in a very convenient and well-connected area. Being close to central Kolkata, it’s easy to access various parts of the city, whether for business or leisure. The immediate surroundings are pleasant and relatively peaceful, which added to the comfort of the stay. The room provided was decent—clean, well-organized, and equipped with the expected amenities for a four-star property. The bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate lighting and storage space. The bathroom was functional and clean, although not particularly luxurious. In terms of comfort and upkeep, the room met my expectations. One feature I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s gym facility. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a decent range of equipment for a quick workout. AAaronフェアフィールドバイマリオットコルカタに滞在するのはこれが 2 回目で、すべてのフロントで優れたサービスを提供していたため、再びここに滞在することにしました。ビスワスが率いるレストランのスタッフはいつも素晴らしく、他のコルカタホテルに泊まったことがあり、ここの食べ物のオプションがはるかに優れているとも言います。フロントスタッフもフレンドリーで親切です。次回もここに滞在することを選択します。

GgerardVery friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

JJason2023Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.

RRinku SophieWe stayed at The Peerless Inn, Kolkata for two nights. The overall experience was pleasant. The room and bathroom were excellent—clean, spacious, and comfortable. A special thanks to Ms. Neha at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful right from check-in and arranged our room very quickly. We are especially grateful to Mr. Somnath, his hospitality truly stood out. “Thank you” doesn’t feel enough to express our appreciation for his kindness and service. We also had the chance to try the Aaheli restaurant for authentic Bengali cuisine. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager, Mr. Sanjib, was very warm and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious. However, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were not very polite and lacked a welcoming attitude or smiles, which slightly affected the morning experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful, except for the breakfast restaurant staff’s attitude. We would definitely recommend Peerless Inn for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality from key members of the team.
