ベルボーイやセキュリティは同じ方なので気さくに挨拶してくれます。 一方フロントはチェックインするたびに人が違い、今一親しみが持てないです。 先月、先々月と利用したのに、初めてですか？と聞かれてしまいました。 今回もプールを利用しましたが、タバコの吸い殻が落ちていたり、清掃が行き届いてなく残念でした。 今回は初めて少し狭い部屋に案内されました。 今迄がラッキーだったのだなと思いました。 後、シーツが少し汚れていたのも残念でした。

ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、中国語を話せる人もいます。ホテル内にコンビニエンスストアがあり、とても便利です。 1階のシーフードレストランは値段も手頃です。ミャンマービールを飲みたいのですが、店内にはありません。店員に聞くと、追加料金なしでコンビニで買うように言われます。近くにジャンクション広場があります。空港からもそれほど遠くありません。

隣にショッピングモールが隣接しており、行き来も簡単だった。 ホテル内にあるベトナム料理のお店で食事をしたところ値段は高めであるが、おいしかった。 とても便利だと思う。

スタッフの対応が非常に優れている。 客室レベル、レストランの食事ともに満足できる。 スーパーマーケットが近くにあり、非常に便利。 部屋からかわいい水上レストランが見える。

新棟の部屋に泊まりました。部屋はとても綺麗で、ベッドも柔らかく快適で冷房もよく効いていました。朝食は料理自体は美味しかったですが Noodle Station, Egg Station のような所で一体何をどう頼めば何の料理が出来上がるのか何の説明も無く、ほとんど英語の通じない料理人の態度も横柄で「早く具材を選べ」と迫ってくるので不快でした。また朝食でまだ食べている最中に皿を下げようとしてくるせっかちな従業員がいてびっくりしました。レストランのスタッフの教育やサービスは近くのメリアホテルやメルキュールと比べると明らかにひどいです。また、外資系の高級ホテルに比べるとミャンマー人の団体客のマナーがとても悪いのが目に付きました。立地は最高ですが使える入り口が一つだけで外に出る度にとんでもない回り道が必要になり、ホテルの新棟からエントランスまで廊下を7分近く歩かされ、目の前のミャンマープラザまで歩いて行こうとすると合計20分かかります。セキュリティ上の理由で他の出口を閉鎖しているそうですが、こんな不便な構造を知っていたら泊まりませんでした。

今は閉店してしまったローズウッドヤンゴンに、特に評判に惹かれて宿泊しました。リストから外れたにもかかわらず、内装とサービスは変わっていませんでした。ホテルの出入りの際にはスタッフがドアを開けてくれ、チェックインを手伝ってくれ、荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。SIMカードも購入して部屋まで届けてくれました。本当に心遣いが行き届いていて、親切でした。屋上のジムは広々としていて混雑することもありませんでしたし、インフィニティプールも写真撮影に最適でした。

立地は基本的には良いのですが、近くにお店を見つけるのは簡単ではありません。インヤー湖は道路の反対側にありますが、ホテルは入り江に位置しているため、ホテルの部屋からは遠くまで歩かなければなりません。部屋には水のボトルはなく、代わりに廊下にあるウォーターサーバーのマシンを使う必要があり、十分に冷たい水が出ることはありませんでした。ここはヨーロッパのホテルで、環境に優しい、持続可能なものについて多くを語っていますが、韓国やシンガポールが経営する他のホテルと比較するとサービスがダウングレードされています。朝食はとにかく素晴らしく、とても気に入りました。全体的に良いホテルですが、持続可能性のようないくつかの特殊なもののために快適さを犠牲にできる人にはお勧めです。

I came to test out this hotel for a future vacation. It is the most expensive luxurious hotel in the country. I can swear by that. Youre greeted by a welcome drink the minute you enter. I really enjoyed my stay here as there is a personal butler on call 24/7 and she brings bright smiles and complimentary tea and coffees. I was served by khoon and thae thae whom were both very professional and attentive. It was my first experience with a butler. Definitely a memorable one. The suites are massive and though you can’t expect pristine cleanliness due to the buildings age, i did not notice any dirt anywhere except for the outside of the windows.
