一人旅で来ましたが、まあ...値段相応かと思います！シャワーとトイレも古いなりには清潔に保たれていてとてもいい印象を持ちました。立地も中心地から近く近くにパッキンセーブもあるので自炊もできちゃいますね。ただ、ベッドはだいぶガタが来てるらしく、取っ手が外れかかっていたり、何より布団が洗っていないのかとても悪臭を放っているものがありました。そこさえ目をつぶれば全然ありです。

ホテルは素晴らしい立地で、レストランやショッピング街まで徒歩圏内です。インド人のフロントスタッフはとても親切でした。部屋は清潔で広々としており、駐車場も十分にありました。
唯一の問題は防音があまり良くなかったことです。私たちは1階に宿泊しましたが、シャワーの音、浴槽に水が溜まる音、そして上の部屋からの排気音まではっきりと聞こえました。
2階に宿泊されたい方は、そちらの方が良いかもしれません。

after being highly disappointed with Wairakei resort -we found our new destination what a a upgrade the Hilton is very modern decor spacious clean -couldn’t fault it from the moment we got there -water on entry greeted with a smile -customer service 5/5 got a good night sleep sound proof and in par with price -stayed in the junior suite facing the hot pool -gym

私たちは滞在に関するすべてが大好きでした。オーナー/マネージャーは熱心に私たちにサービスを提供してくれました。食べ物は一貫して高い水準であり、非常にリラックスした快適な食事体験です。スタッフは楽しくそれを超えています。Hidden Lake Hotel を見つけて以来、オークランドからケンブリッジ経由でタウポまで旅行する際には、他の場所に滞在したことがなく、今後もそこでより多くの時間を過ごす予定です。

タウポで一番景色が良いホテルのはずですよね？ホテルはあまり大きくなく、改装されてから時間が経っていますが、非常に清潔で、特に休暇に適していると感じます。ホテルの部屋のドアは鍵で開けられており、部屋には安全ラッチがありません。他のホテルには無料の駐車場があります。

The accommodations offered exceptional views and were impeccably clean. Our party of four travelled from Australia, and we experienced a highly satisfactory stay.

Easy check-in, staff are easily contactable. If you are arriving after front desk hours, just give them a call. Easily instructions will be given.
Room is spacious. TV has the lodge's netflix account, so you may want to check in early :))
Only concern is door lock is one-way, recommend owner to consider better locks since right outside of the room door is the car park.

Great place convenient location in lovely town, great amenities, only thing is they keep the toilet door open and in the winter it gets cold in there, apart from that perfect!

温水プールが出て、とても暖かく遊んでいました。

SSeetoh Chee WaiWe have a great stay at this hotel. Its very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really great too! It is also near to tourist attractions and good food places.

ゲゲストThoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The soundproof room was clean and conveniently located at the start line of The Possum Night Trail Run. Facilities were easily accessible & it was a treat to be able to swim until 10pm. We look forward to our next stay!

KKarl R部屋は広々としていて、ニュージーランドで泊まった中で一番大きかったのですが、家具が少なかったので、空間をもっと有効活用できたはずなのに、無駄になっていました。例えば、座る椅子がありませんでした。椅子が2脚とサイドテーブルがあれば、かなり印象が変わるでしょう。歴史あるホテルですが、まさに「色褪せた壮麗さ」といった感じです。でも、予約した時点で最新式ではないことは承知していたので、歴史的な雰囲気を求めていたので問題ありませんでした。エリザベス女王が（1953年に）泊まったのと同じホテルに泊まる機会はそうそうありません。ベッドは快適で、シャワーはお湯も出て（バスルームも広かったです）、スタッフも親切でした。街の中心部という立地も最高です。

FFluffyTotoroI arrived in Taupo on the morning Air NZ flight from AKL, upon arrival at the Chevron Motel, 4 hours before the published check-in time, I had planned to ask to have my luggage stored while I go about other business. The receptionist kindly asked me to wait while she checked to see if my room was ready, and if so, I could have my room right away. Lucky for me it was, I was very pleased with the initiative and flexibility offered. My booking included a living area with dining table, kitchen, sofa, spare single bed, a separate bedroom, and a dedicated parking space. My stay of 5 nights was very comfortable, and I will definitely use this motel again on my next visit. I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvements, first - a split type AC unit was present in the living room, it would be great if there could be a second unit installed in the bedroom. Internet connectivity, available 24/7, while adequate, did have limited bandwidth affecting video streaming from Netflix/YouTube etc. Lastly, it would be great if the TV provided in the living room had a larger screen. In summary, I was very pleased with my stay at the Chevron Motel, the room offered great value for money, and I was completely relaxed and comfortable during my stay.

ゲゲストWe stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel.
The service was second to none.
Rod and Glenys were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay.
We had car trouble, and they opened their garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely, beautiful caring people.
We will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel

ゲゲストこのB&Bは、駐車場も便利で、非常に良いロケーションにあります。子供たちが楽しく遊べる小さな庭があります。共用エリアには、キッチン冷蔵庫、ダイニングテーブルなどの設備が整っており、とても便利です。特にマットレスはとても快適で、しっかりとしたサポートがあります。ニュージーランドで今まで寝た中で最も快適なマットレスです。出発する予定はありませんでしたが、スケジュールが厳しすぎて他に選択肢がなく、出発しなければなりませんでした。しかし、これは本当に今まで寝た中で最も快適なマットレスです。それには疑いの余地はありません。唯一改善が必要なのは寝具かもしれません。

Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

ゲゲストWe stayed one night en route to Hobbiton and liked it so much that we stayed another 2 later in our trip.
Great location, and Cambridge is a relatively easy base to get to other places from.
Beautiful decor throughout, nice finishings and really peaceful.
It was very busy during our stay (around Christmas/NY) so a little wait for food/drinks but that’s to be expected. We had positive interactions with all hotel and restaurant staff.
My only feedback is that the switches in the rooms have blue lights on them, which, for people that like a black-out room, can disrupt sleep. Hopefully an easy fix!

匿匿名ユーザー控えめに言っても、とても良かったです。立地もそれほど遠くなく、スーパーマーケットまでわずか200メートル、町の中心部まで400メートルほどです。部屋はかなり広く、ベッドの横に便利な洗面台がありました。バスルームは清潔でしたが、毎日掃除されているわけではありませんでした。共用キッチンは2階にあり、あまり清潔ではありませんでした。ゲストは使用後にすべて掃除しているようでしたが、鍋やフライパンのエリアは掃除されておらず、床は少しベタベタしていました。
