鉄道駅から2分、旧市街バンバカンまでは5分の好立地です。駅ビルにはスーパーマーケットや多くの飲食店有り、またホテルの目の前にコンビニありショッピングや食事には困りません。
ホテルにはエレベーターは無く、階段のみです。
入口は開けっ放しですが簡易フロントありで常に人は居ますので、最低限のセキュリティありです。夜は玄関にも施錠されるようで、ルームキーに玄関鍵も付いております。
部屋内はベットとテレビ、トイレとシャワールーム、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、扇風機です。洗面台も有りますがかなり小さいので、洗顔は困難でした。
8月に訪問ですが、ギリエアコン無くても大丈夫でしたが、これ以上暑くなったら厳しいかも。
隣の部屋の音が若干聞こえます。防音はそれほど高くないと思ったほうが良いです。

アンティークな雰囲気ですが、シャワー室など水回りは新しかったです。
チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりなど、とても親切にしてもらえました。朝食も種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。
次にクラクフに訪問する際も必ず利用したいと思います。

ダブルベッド1台の部屋を予約しましたが、チェックイン時に壁沿いに3台のシングルベッドが並び、ベッドとベッドの間のスペースがほとんどない細長い部屋を案内され、フロントでは私の要望は全く冷淡に却下されました。
ホテルのその他の点はすべてOK、いやむしろ良かったです。中心部に位置し、主要な交通機関まで快適に徒歩圏内、スタッフはフレンドリーでとても美味しい豪華な朝食、インターネット環境も良く、居心地の良い中庭もありました。

クラクフ中央駅や旧市街などほとんどの観光地が徒歩で可能で便利な立地です。立地が良く、価格も良心的なので初めてのクラクフ観光には最適だと思います。
また、室内もとても綺麗だったので日本人でも安心して利用できると思います。

クラクフの中心部にある素晴らしいホテルです！お部屋には快適な滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っています。紅茶/コーヒー/ケトル、柔らかなベッド、床暖房も完備されています。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、各階にウォータークーラーも設置されています！ホテルの近くにはお店がいくつかあり、ショッピングセンターまでは徒歩7分、鉄道駅までは10分です。

Отличное соотношение цены и качества, для кратковременного проживания. Расположение хорошее : 20 мин до ЖД вокзала, 25 мин до Вавельского замка пешком. Проживали в двухместном номере с удобствами (душ, туалет + фен, TV, шторы блэкаут). Номер и хостел был чистым, уборка номера по запросу. Важно! : есть комната для хранения багажа до и после проживания, есть кухня с посудой, холодильником, СВЧ, эл.плита. Рекомендую.

Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay.

本当に素敵なホテルですが、旧市街からは少し離れています。このエリアにはトラムが走っているので、そちらでの移動が簡単です。ホテル自体は本当に美しく、居心地の良い滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。

It is old and small but suffices for short term stay. Staff is helpful with 24 hours front desk and you can leave your luggage after checking out. Just note that they do not have lift so you have to carry your luggage on stairs.

JJingziきれいで（白を基調としたトイレとシャワールームはピカピカ）、空港から近くて（徒歩圏内）、朝食おいしくて（特にスクランブルエッグ）、最高でした！１泊だけなんて、もったいないって思うくらい！朝食後にすぐ出発するはずが、心地良すぎて、チェックアウトまで居ました〜もしクラクフに来るなら、絶対オススメ！

In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

ゲゲストいつものようにすべてが素晴らしかったです。AC マリオットのプールが閉鎖された後、ホテルはすぐに満室になり、受付でそのことを知りました。今回も、今回もすべて問題ありませんでした。スチームサウナはとても熱く、これまでで最高のサウナでした。サウナの非繊維ゾーンに人々は慣れませんが、それはホテルのせいではありません。

匿匿名ユーザーThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

披披着狼皮的小羊ホテルは駅から旧市街まで徒歩5分圏内と、交通の便の良さを重視する旅行者にはうってつけです。今回の滞在ではホテルの駐車場を利用しましたが、非常に清潔で安全な印象を受け、安心して利用できました。駐車料金は1日120ポーランドズロチでしたが、その料金設定は妥当だと感じました。ホテル周辺には、より安価な屋外駐車場もいくつか選択肢があり、ホテルの駐車場が満車の場合でも、停める場所に困ることはないでしょう。
チェックアウト時には、地元名物のパンをプレゼントしていただき、大変美味しかったです。このようなホテルからの心温まるお心遣いに深く感謝いたします。

ゲゲストI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

MMillerMikeFantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!
