No geral a estadia foi boa. O hotel estava limpo e o atendimento foi simpático.
No entanto, deixo duas recomendações que poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência: a aplicação de cortinas blackout nos quartos, porque as que existem atualmente deixam passar muita luz; e a adição de mais canais na televisão, já que neste momento apenas tem os canais normais.
Na hotel zdecydowaliśmy się tylko ze względu na bliskość lotniska, na dzień przed wylotem. Na początek z plusów, miła obsługa i czysto, dla mnie ok, bo tego jedynie po tym hotelu oczekiwałam.
Jeśli chodzi o sam hotel to wizualnie przestarzały, śniadania też szału nie robią, jakość serwowanych produktów bardzo przeciętna, dla mnie bardziej 3 gwiazdki, na bardzo podstawowym poziomie.
Ao nível do quarto tudo OK, a única falha é que tinha apenas um ventilador que não era suficiente para refrescar o quarto, seria necessário um AC.
O que mais desapontou foi que na zona de estar/salão de jogos nunca tinha ninguém para atender e a falta de limpeza da piscina e jacuzzi exteriores.
Mas no geral gostámos e tivemos uma boa estadia.
Todo o staff foi simpático.
匿匿名ユーザーホテルは市内にありませんが、旧市街までは徒歩10分のところに地下鉄の駅があり、市内には空港へ行くにもタクシーがないのでとても便利です。ホテルの朝食はとても美味しく、種類も豊富で品質も良く、特にサービスが良いです。 SANA はポルトガルの地元ホテル チェーンで、その品質とサービスはかなり保証されています。ホテルは飛行機が離着陸する飛行経路上にありますが、部屋の防音性が高く、飛行機を見たり写真を撮ったりするのに最適です。
ゲゲストRoom was moldy, hotel stinks really bad, breakfast very poor choices, the only good thing about this hotel is the view. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.
ゲゲストBath foam was empty on 1st night when we want to take a shower. Advised the cleaning woman next morning to refill which she did. On 2nd night, when we want to wash our hair, the shampoo is empty. I think the cleaning woman did not check the shampoo when she refill the bath foam. Phone reception that night and advise front desk in the morning to fill up the shampoo. Front desk promised to refill shampoo and replenish all amenities including the shower cap. When we come back on 3rd day, the shampoo is still empty and no amenities including shower cap were given. Complain to hotel manager on 4th day before check out regarding shampoo and front desk promise but not fulfill issue, the manager apologized and offered our friend free breakfast which we appreciated. I expect all hotels bath foam and shampoo are checked and refilled before new guest arrives.
DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
