The facilities is located in the middle of a building site so extremely noisy so very difficult to sleep as the work to late at night and start around 4.30am.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

私は最近リオラブティックに一晩滞在しましたが、私の経験はプラスとマイナスの混合でした。 チェックイン&レセプション: 残念ながら、私の到着経験は残念でした。チェックインが簡単だったはずの午後4時15分に到着しました。ホテルは、部屋のアクセスコードがSMSで送信されるシステムを使用していますが、午後5時以降まで受け取れず、不必要に待たせてしまいました。受付に関心を表明したが、スタッフの上司であるエジプト人の女性が、コードを待っている間に私の部屋にアクセスするのを親切に手伝ってくれたので、状況は大きく改善されました。優れた顧客サービスを提供してくれてありがとう。 もう1つの問題は、受付係がほとんどの時間を携帯電話で話していることです。私の意見では、受付に立っているゲストは、個人的な電話会話の前に常に注意を払うべきです。これは顧客サービスの基本原則です。 部屋: 部屋は清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。床のデザインがブティックホテルの雰囲気に合っているとは感じませんでしたが、全体的な装飾は快適でした。コーヒーマシン、大きなテレビ、快適な部屋のサイズ、よくデザインされたバスルームも高く評価しました。 場所: 場所はホテルの強みの1つです。リヤドの北部に位置し、キングハリド国際空港からわずか約11分で、旅行者に非常に便利です。 全体: ホテルは、清潔な部屋、便利なロケーション、そして思慮深い室内設備のおかげで、大きな可能性を秘めています。ただし、チェックインプロセスとフロントデスクサービスは、ゲストが期待するスムーズな体験を提供するために大幅な改善が必要です。

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

リヤドの広大な都市を考えると、このホステルは立地が良く、到着前にWhatsAppで親切な案内がありました。Su Casaには他にも市内在住・勤務の人々が宿泊していましたが、コーヒーを飲みながら語り合うなど、ささやかながらも有意義な交流の機会がありました。ベッドは快適で、アメニティは簡素ながらも十分でした。個人的にリヤドという街は好きではありませんでしたが、まるで自分の家にいるかのようにくつろげ、何も心配する必要がありませんでした。公共交通機関で到着する方は、バスはVisaとMastercardでの支払いが可能で、近く（徒歩約10分）でバスに乗り換えることもできますが、時間帯によっては渋滞に巻き込まれる可能性があります。

Towlan Suits 1 Hotel, Riyadh Location & Transportation: The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR. Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests. Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly but the room design was bad, a huge walkway took almost 1/3 the room size
