Amazing stay at the hotel with great amenities! I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Nungwi, Zanzibar, with my friends. The hotel was very clean, which was important to me, and the pool was cleaned everyday and perfect for relaxing. The spacious rooms made our stay even more comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of activities. The location is also perfect 3 minutes walk to to Nungwi Beach, with beautiful excursions by the sea just a short distance away. You can watch the sunset. What truly made this stay special was the friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. They make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!! We will definitely be coming back!

非常に良い、客室にはプライベートプールと海の景色があります。部屋は広く、ホテルにはさまざまな車両があり、1 km離れたところにモーターボートがあり、イルカを見るのに20分かかります。

+ низкая стоимость проживания, в которую включён завтрак; + совсем рядом широкие и чистые пляжи для активного отдыха; + есть бесплатный Wi-Fi; + в номере есть кондиционер; + недалеко от отеля можно найти парковочные места. - ночью слышен шум от уличных кондиционеров, с открытым окном не поспишь; - очень скользкая плитка в туалете и душевой, будьте осторожны; - плохая вентиляция в помещениях, в комнате быстро появляется затхлый запах, требуется часто проветривать, рискуя напустить комаров.

Наверное, когда-то это был хороший отель, но сейчас он сильно нуждается в ремонте. Номер эконом практически без окон, совсем неуютно в нем находиться. Территорию убирают, но все сильно устарело. Пляж чистый, персонал следит, чтобы каждому гостю все нравилось, но бич-бои не дают прохода никому! Целыми днями только и отбиваешься от них, отдохнуть и расслабиться вообще не получается. Причем на пляже кендва Рокс сосредоточены обычно все зазывалы Кендвы. Еда в ресторане на среднем уровне, в соседнем отеле Sunset Kendwa есть ресторан, там гораздо приятнее находиться и вкуснее и дешевле еда. Однозначно не вернусь в этот отель

The hotel is in good condition and clean. I stayed for one night and wanted to rest after a long trip. I checked in late around 2000hrs and stayed in what looked to be like a new block that was still unfinished. This block did not have power until after 2300hrs. Apart from that, the staff are friendly and restaurant service is good. Only minimal amenities are provided in the room.

Todo muy bien, el desayuno muy bueno, la piscina muy bien, pero las cenas deberían ser más variadas.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, clean neat and cozy room with complimentary water, delicious breakfast you will be spoiled for choice, good location as it is on the beach with sun beds for your relaxation after swimming in the ocean. Assorted wines and drinks for your refreshment, excellent customer service Neema went over and beyoud to show us around the hotel. If you are looking for a quite and intimate holiday destination for you to rewind, recharge and bond with your loved one this is a place for you.

We had the best stay at Tikitam. The staff were some of the kindest, friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever come across. They constantly went out of their way to make sure we were having a happy stay. The hotel is beautiful, situated on a massive garden, the rooms are so nice with super comfy beds and strong AC and the pool and private beach is really nice too. But perhaps the highlight here is the food - so delicious! They did a different themed night each night, and it was all amazing. If we ever come back we will definitely stay at Tikitam again!!

このホテルは良いか悪いかが混在しています。まず、改善すべき点についてお話ししましょう。 1/ フロントデスクの態度が悪く、サービス感が全くありません。予約された海の見える部屋は1階にあり、完全に景色のない部屋に配置されています。フロントデスクとのコミュニケーションは効果がなく、この部屋の価格は予約と一致していると主張し、強い議論に遭遇しました。日差しの隙間から「第一線」の景色を見る可能性があります。深夜のメール苦情の後、私は翌日に部屋をアップグレードすることができました。チェックイン時に、ルームカードを投げることに加えて、ブリーフィングする必要はありません。ホテルのサービスアプリをダウンロードすることさえXHSからチェックしました。フロントデスクに電話する番号がわかりません! 2/ ホテルにはホテルリムジンはありません。 3/ホテルには4つのレストランがありますが、バーベキューとアジア料理のレストランはホテルのアプリで予約できません。 良い面は次のとおりです。 1/ホテルの場所はユニークで、ビーチは美しいです。 2 /ホテルはオールインクルーシブで、さまざまなレストランは豊富な食べ物、良い製品、良いサービス態度、バー、デザートハウスも非常に便利です。レストランの営業時間も合理的に配置されています。 3 /費用対効果の高い、ホテルは1年しか経っておらず、第2段階のプロジェクトの建設が進行中であり、人気は良好です。 4/書面による実名メール苦情の後、担当者がフォローアップして処理します。 5 / 豊富なウォーターアクティビティ、イルカの追いかけ、カメの餌やり、ヒトデの拾い、海の夕日は遠くない、手配が便利です。

ホテルはインド洋の海岸沿いに位置し、白い砂浜と青い波が織りなす息を呑むような絶景を堪能できます。しかし、少し辺鄙な場所にあるため、アクセスは少々不便です。ザンジバル空港からホテルまでは60km、タクシー料金は65ドルで1時間半かかります。ストーンタウンまでもタクシーで50ドルかかります。ホテルから幹線道路までの2kmは、まさに波打ち際のような道で、20分近くかかります。
